If I were you I would explore transaction items first. You told me you paid out on early december too but your account mining started on 28th December.
BTW Just checked that i wrote you e-mail about missing zcoin and xvg balances already on december 27! This is just another trivial example that my account was active and had problems before 28th.

Mining equihash, nothing back from autoexchange for 24 hours now.  The stuff on exchange keeps building and building but nothing comes back.  Is something broken?

What coin are you trying to exchange to? If not a popular coin it is not exchanged as often. They have to wait for a certain amount to add up before submitting to the exchange.

This problem is for all coins

everything is fine on my side.

Ok it's working now.  Huge amount came back from exchange.  Would love to know why there was a sudden 24 hour delay.  Usually it takes 3 to 5 hours for the equihash coins but suddenly nothing for 24 hours.  Anyway, all good now.  Hope it stays that way. Grin

I'm trying to get XMR-STAK to work with MPH and can't get it to connect.  I keep getting socket errors.  I've tried switching "use_tls" to false/true.  Tried switching "tsl_secure_algo" to true/false.

Has no effect.  Just keeps erroring out.  I have the correct pool and port in the config.

I can connect to electroneum ovh pool OK.  What am I missing here to make mph work?

I have:

Quote
"pool_list" :
[
   {"pool_address" : "us-east.cryptonight-hub.miningpoolhub.com:20596", "wallet_address" : "[redacted]", "pool_password" : "x", "use_nicehash" : false, "use_tls" : true, "tls_fingerprint" : "", "pool_weight" : 1 },
],

/*
 * currency to mine
 * allowed values: 'monero' or 'aeon'
 */
"currency" : "monero",

and its working just fine for CPU mining Electroneum.

There was some big amount of auto exchange demand which was bigger than bittrex's overall zcash order book.
As this never happened before, I had to exchange it manually and resume the auto exchange.

Sorry for inconvenience.

Thanks!

Add your workers at Workers page manually and you will see statistics instantly.
Usually it should be added automatically but these are quite slow sometimes.
This issue will be fixed when I open unified miner page. It will be available soon. I'm working on it.

Did you look on the left side under auto payout? That is where you enter the address and it will populate the right side after you save it. If you want to always manually cash out leave auto payment amount at zero.

Buy a Trezor and Protect your BTC, BCH, BTG, DASH, LTC, DGB, ZEC, ETH and ETC from hackers.
If I was helpful please buy me a coffee BTC: 1DWK7vBaxcTC5Wd2nQwLGEoy8xdFVzGKLK  BTG: AWvN1iBqCUqG2tEh3XoVvRbdcGrAzfBBpW

Did anyone notice that for Zcoin, the MPH pool hashrate (almost) equals and sometimes even slightly surpasses the network hashrate?

Is XZC completely centralized on MPH?

Hello

Seems to have some weird issues.

Even though my worker is setup to run equihash only, I keep mining Groestl or Skein in Awesome Miner. I double check my settings everything seems fine....

If Awesome Miner is mining Groestl and Skein, then its NOT set up to "run equihash only", and that is NOT a problem with MiningPoolHub.

Check your Awesome Miner configuration.

hello,

is there any way how to exempt certain workers from autoexchange?
I like the feature, but I don't want to auto exchange coins for all my rigs, manually moving the funds on the website is not ideal.

You cannot exempt workers, but you can exempt coins.

Is there any API available?

for the clueless and/or lazy: https://miningpoolhubstats.com

for the nerd: https://github.com/jimok82/MiningPoolHubStats

You find your API Key in the "Edit Account" menu.
