They have never responded to emails. They always use the internal messages. Even when it was new emails to admin@btc-arbs.com didn't get responses. Some people are having success with their offers. Keep trying.

I got another withdrawal paid today.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

looks like people with less than 1 btc amounts are receiving btcs back..and few over 1 btc (but nothing more than 2 btc as far as I noticed) and very strange: some withdrawals of very small amounts were rejected...again...weird

Up now. I had around 0.2 BTC and they are still sitting (un)comfortably in the legacy account with only the usual tiny amounts of legacy transfers happening. I opened a ticket a few hours ago asking when the legacy transfer would be complete, but no reply yet.

I've just sent in a message requesting an estimate of when legacy transfers will be completed. Will post with any reply I get.

PSA: scrypt.cc is a scam, most likely of the "ponzi" variety. You will lose your money if you try to "invest" or "play" or whatever you want to call your participation in this shitshow. You've been warned.

I bet this will be the reply:

Thank you for your message. As the new owners of BTC-Arbs we are happy to hear from you and are interested in hearing any suggestions that you may have. We are aware that the "Legacy Fund" method of doing things isn't ideal for some members, however it is the best way to ensure that all of our books are in order as we begin to move forward. As you will see, we have already started to transfer a portion of the Legacy Funds back to the main balance. Furthermore, we have processed all withdrawals that we have received.

We would appreciate your patience during this transition. A manual verification of the funds within the system is necessary, particularly due to the fact that there were a number of issues that arose as a direct result of the Heartbleed bug.

Further information regarding this transition will be provided in the coming days, along with information about our acquisition of an official investment license.

 Sincerely,
Ron James & The Global Capital Alliance

Your patience is appreciated. We have made multiple legacy transfers today and more are coming soon. It has become clear that the BTC-Arbs system was hacked at the beginning of April, and a portion of the funds were stolen. Account balances were also manipulated, and incoming Bitcoin deposit addresses were changed.

The plan at this time is to continue making Legacy payments, while recuperating any losses. Our staff is manually reviewing accounts to ensure accuracy, at which point many accounts are having their full legacy balance transferred at once. Your ongoing cooperation is important if we are to continue with this process.

I only ever put in 0.06 BTC, not much at all, but last night I sent them this support ticket:

Quote
Subject: Get your act together!

I'm still waiting for correct depositing of the 0.06 that I deposited that only showed up as 0.05, and this all *after* the alleged breach due to the OpenSSL HeartBleed bug.

I want out.

Now.

Please return my 0.06 to 1JzS8Cg35MsRiZLyyXK3JKR5rQU5vKC6Rt immediately.

And do cut the bull crap about too many support messages. You're not fooling anybody.

and this morning, it did indeed arrive back, and my account is showing 0 BTC.  There's an empty reply to my ticket, but nothing else.

If anyone would like to try and follow the money, the incoming TXID was 9e0c01a097837c00359007e7ec056ada16ee45c1dccfc1bd08673d0dcd50f41f

More of the story... Did you do the 50% offer people are talking about or otherwise contact btc-arbs? Did they send you a support message that your whole legacy balance was going to be available? ... Details please.

Congrats!! Glad you got your running shoes on away from btc-arbs!

STAY AWAY: rockwell,btc-arbs,bitcoin-trader - I've been playing HYIP's and have a near flawless record over the last year. Made over 1000% return last year. Play HYIP's safely and smart! I find it interesting that they have been posting results one day ahead since Saturday (west coast time) and now they have essentially skipped a day of results in order to be back on the correct schedule. This operation is REALLY strange.

I'm starting to think the operation is run by Miley Cyrus.

A location change?   Before the times were closer to mid-night in Sweden.   But what is correct schedule?   People live in different timezones.
