What's the point in distributing 2% towards bounties??

Those people will flip the tokens as soon as they get them, and it's usually much less people than it looks like due to multi-account.

Also the quality of the post is very low even for hero and "legendary" members.

If I had a coin I would never ever distribute part of the tokens towards bounties; I'd see that as a kick in the nuts to legit ICO participants.

ICOs choose to have their bounty program since it is the cheapest way to market their project. Imagine marketing your project in a fixed pool, and paying your own tokens without even spending a penny on your advertisement.

if you are not promoting using a bounty hunter service, the costs that you incur will be expensive, how do you promote, pay for google, facebook and twitter advertisements are not cheap, therefore, ico uses a bounty hunter promotion service

if you don't like it then there's no need to say that the bounty is stupid, enough you don't follow it and don't need to poison everyone with your mind.

I think you don't really see the value of bounty campaigns, but to those who launch their coins they see the need for it. You think you could do it on your own then fair enough but never think hunters doesn't really deserve their earnings irrespective of their ways.

1) There is no other "cheap" way fo advertising than bounty
2) I long ago suggest to make simple KYC for every bounty
3) Not all sell bounty coins at once, believe me, only explicit newbies doing so

You have some problems in the calculations. I think that bounty hunters are quite creative and intelligent people who know what they are doing and why.

Well yo are right  I agree on that not all bounty hunter are dumpers, some bounties are stupid and some are really frustrating an dit tools a couple of.month before they give a bounty token yo the hunters. Some are also change the token allocation during the campaign is already end thatvwas really stupid thing I guess. Maybe bounty management will have to look on to this problem.

Indeed they are quite creative. but indeed the hunter bounties today do not get income and also do not get the money they should get, now they are decreasing in terms of income.

I often see in the tables on the bounty that people even have their nicknames of accounts almost the same: Aleksandr1 Aleksandr234 Aleksandr321 and they are all on the bounty and registered with a time difference of 1 day. and they are all allowed to participate...

The problem on this are bounty managers.
90% of them are bad on managing bounties, they should be redtrusted from DT members ASAP.

what you say is true,
but the quality of the post also depends on the time needed,
for some people making a quality post can take more than 30 minutes,
and for allocation of 2% by giving 30 minutes or more and must be done every day for 2-3 months,
if the gift is offered according to the working standards of the average country, this might be discussed more deeply,
but if not, at least not spam it is better,
so everything returns to their opinions and returns to the forum rules.

but beforehand, we must know first, how do standards make the right post?

ICOS campaigns are currently largely troubled. The work of the Bounties becomes fragile and dangerous.Because we can fail when wasting time and getting scam.So i think the crypto market will recover, the bounties hunters will get better. So let's wait more.

Bounties are marketing strategy of the product by the developers to reach numereous people as well as investors for their product. True there are high scale as well as low scale bounties. It even depend upon you rank & number of social friends on your network for good share.

Everyone has the right to sell tokens when he sees fit and it does not matter whether it is a bounty hunter or an investor. You need to understand that no one wants to incur losses and the market often forces to sell coins. Agree that 2% is not so much.

I think that you are too biased towards the participants of the bounty. What is a bounty program? Bounty is one of the varieties of advertising companies. Why is ico doing bounty programs? To advertise in this way your ico. Since bounty is the work they pay for it, but unfortunately not with money, but with tokens, or do you think that advertising can be free? As for me, everything is natural, and the fact that a company is allocated 2% on a bounty or a different number of tokens is nothing bad. I understand that investors often accuse bounty participants of breaking the token rate when entering the stock exchange, but this is an erroneous opinion and it has been proven many times that the rate falls on an early investor or funds. Yes, yes it is they, since 2% of tokens can not particularly affect the course and the trend, unless of course it was at all. As for me, the bounty participants have lately been deceived at all times. That pool will cut, then do not pay.

I agree in part. But there are a few "but". The first is that bounty advertising is necessary to create noise around the project, and the dump comes from bounty hunters only once and if the project is worthwhile, then you can suffer and unload bounty hunters once))

How can be 2% destroy market? I think big player have more chance to dump than bounty hunter. Look atlant bounty, they divide the distribution into 18 month, the price was not good even before current market fall.

not entirely correct statement, because the bountists are fulfilling their role, as well as investors. The coin will be popular thanks to the bantists, since after ICO, the bountists first create a movement for the coin, and then investors will be able to sell the coin at a good price.

Why are you so negative towards bounties? Bounty hunters in their majority do hard work promoting different ICOs and getting coins as their just reward. So what's wrong with it? And besides it there wouldn't be any bounty campaigns if they won't bring positive results for start ups and their ICOs...

If bounties are not necessary, then ICOs would not have asked for such service. Where do you think communities come from? Community is an import aspect necessary for the success of every ICO. You can check the trend, donot usually succeed.

Bounty members are the same people as everyone else we know and they do what they do because they need money. In this regard, they can be perfectly understood - they don’t owe anything to anyone, and if any of the participants in the bounty wants to sell their coins right after the end of the tokensale, no one can prevent him from doing so.
