Hi alelopelope, I am sorry you feel this way. You are not paying for the error, as you withdrew most of your deposit amount and the balance is in your account whenever you wish to play or withdraw it. The game was disabled and I apologize for your disappointment. Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any questions at support@betchain.com. Best, Brian

Best, Brian The money I won when the game was online was mine from the moment I won it. What doubt is about it? You remove it arbitrarily from my balance, you stole it from me. It is incredibly how a well known casino is doing this for 0.198 btc. Now I can think that your "well known" reputation is backed in not giving any big price to the players, all games should be unfair balanced to avoid big prices. If this situation is not solved tomorrow I will start spreading the word in every social media warning the users you started scamming people.

By the way, my account is new cause I am not so active in the bitcoin community, I only use it for playing casino as in my country it is not allowed. Sincerely, I don't want to cheat anyone, neither to make anyone to lose his time. I only want my money. If that doesn't happens I will try to avoid that the same will happens to another players. Where is the other people having issues with this casino? I would like to know if it is cause similar issues. Regards

Hi Ale, Your 1st deposit of 0.07700000 BTC was made on July 31, 2016 at 16:07 UTC and your 2nd and final deposit of 0.02250000 BTC was made on July 31, 2016 at 17:56 UTC. Your deposit total is 0.0995 BTC. You cashed out 0.09000000 BTC on August 03, 2016 at 06:36 UTC. Your remaining balance of 0.00950000 BTC is available in your account to withdraw or play, whichever you choose. Your withdrawal and your remaining balance equals 0.0995 BTC which is the same as your deposit amount. As I informed you before, the game Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde was reported by the game provider to have an issue and it was disabled. The winnings from the game (the only game you played) were removed from your balance but your deposit amount remained. Please let me know at support@betchain.com if you have further questions. If the game had a bug you should pay for that if you want to be a honest. If not, you can say to any player that win anything that the game had a bug and you remove his winning from his balance.

Even if that excuse is real, you should keep the won balance of the user and the ask it to the provider. If there is a bug in ATM that let someone withdraw money from your account, who pays the bills? the customer or the bank?

Another Betsoft issue. Shocking.
Betchain: I assume if you are deducting the winnings from this player due to "bug" you are also refunding the losers that have played the game and lost?
Please provide proof that you have made all the losers on your site whole that have played this slot.
Thanks,
Trayber

Hi Ale,
I am sorry for your disappointment. We need to follow the parameters set by our platform provider as well as our game providers.

Will you please ask your platform and game provider to come to this thread and explain to the Betchain player why he isn't being paid? No. You won't. Even if you did, they wouldn't. Whatever business you have with your software and platform providers has nothing to do with the player. It doesn't have to be that way, but it is. They provide you with a platform and softare which you provide to the player. If a Betchain player wins money on a Betchain game, you don't get to blame some company that answers to nobody and get away with it. also, If your providers tell you to advertise 7,000+ btc worth of jackpots on your front page and you tell your players that you have 7,000 btc worth of progressive jackpots, those jackpots are your responsibility as far as any player is concerned.

Question, the 7,000+ bitcoin worth of progressive jackpot...are they exclusive to Betchain? Or are they part of a network with other casinos?
If so, which ones?

This is tough problem to deal with and especially on a public forum.
1) If a program has a bug and someone is clearly going around to exploit it I don't think they should be allowed to keep it. What adds to the evidence of this is a newbie account hurling abuse at a gambling operator.
2) If it is purely by accident and no malicious activities occurred then either you let it roll (pay out the winners and keep the losers money), or pay back everyone who played the game their deposit only (both winners and losers).
That is my two cents on what i think is fair, very hard to know what happened from just reading the thread.
Most casinos won't refund people if they are clearly exploiting the system - I'm sure it is a term and condition on most gambling operators.
