4) How does a selfie verify someones identity if you don't know who they are first?  You're basically just asking for a picture of anyone in the world that's old enough holding their id.  Why?

We didn't change our policy about collecting documentation, we just added a selfie with the ID to confirm the player is the same person as the ID he is using as an extra security, to address #3&4, which you wrote I didn't answer.

The documentation is uploaded to the players account like everyone else and it protected with high secure measures.

As I stated before, the players who upload their selfie with their ID get paid on their winnings from their no deposit bonuses, I cannot help but wonder why you said we are waiting to ask them for something else once they upload their selfies.

What documentation are you talking about?

A picture of someone holding their ID by itself does not verify that it's the the person who sent it and opened the account...You can't verify anything by asking an otherwise unknown person to send a picture of a person holding their ID.

Your policy accomplishes very little other than expose your players to the possibility of identity theft.   

These questions are all very legitimate and it's pretty alarming that you still haven't answered them.

Id really like you to answer these questions before I send you my sensitive information.

What happens to my selfie after I send it to you?  Who looks at it?  Do you save it?  For how long?  Do you encrypt it?  What type of encryption?  Who controlls it?  Betchain?  Softswiss?  Where is it stored?  Where is your office?  What country?
