still can't figure out why all of these new coins use KGW right off the bat... I think they try to keep off Multipool jumping on with KGW. I might join this coin tomorrow, Lets see..

I might join this coin tomorrow, Lets see.. set the diff change to 10 blocks or so and be done with it, all KGW does at the beginning of a release is rape anyone who isn't running 10k + mh

still can't figure out why all of these new coins use KGW right off the bat... I know, multipools aren't worried about new coins, last launch where KGW was on from the launch after 20 blocks the diff was above 10. If KGW is on, then I'll stick with mining other coins.

I agree with everyone on the KGW on new coins at launch...miners just getting less of something that isn't on an exchange yet.

What's the point of making this one as a self-moderated topic?

EduCoin (EDU) is an open source cryptocurrency that makes us smarter.
I gotta say, as far as bold claims go, no alt coin can compete with you guys.

Actually KGW prevents instamine by people who have huge GPU farms, but you people don't really want to support a coin, you just want to mine as much as possible at low diff and dump it for bitcoins once it hits an exchange. So YAY KGW!

So YAY KGW! If you call 5Mh/s a huge GPU farm... It's nice to have a chance to mine something before the pools take over. With KGW, the DIFF will be sky high before the pools come online.

So YAY KGW! KGW doesn't stop those people at all. It just makes it so when those people DO mine a coin at the start, all the rest of us little guys get screwed over. Then those people leave with their loot, and we continue to be screwed going forward. Kimito Gravity WHALE.
