Yes, your interpretation is quite accurate since Terrasphere is a Value Added Service they will add analytics services for satellite data and crop monitoring and enrich the data. This allows data buyers to re-submit data they have accessed in a cleansed, analyzed and more processed format providing value-added ready-to-use data to other buyers.

What's the tech used for this blockchain? Is it Tendermint or you build from scratch? According to your GitHub page, it seems like the ETH chain will be used as the main net, why don't you use your own chain as the main net?

Seems like I miss a lot of details, will try to re-read the whitepaper and blog post again.

I just saw the project and visited this thread. What is the price of 1 token in this project? Has the token sale been started or is still presale?

For the price of HART, it's 1ETH = 6275 HART. Unfortunately, the initial token sale has just ended

HARA is using its very own HARA Chain. We built it because the transaction throughput is very low in Ethereum main net, and on the HARA Chain, this rises to 500 transactions per second. Also, by using HARA Chain, it will greatly reduce costs as internal transactions are free and the chain can be fully customized to suit HARA's needs.

Our pilot project began in Indonesia, The markets that HARA will focus on are developing countries located near the equator, characterized by long growing periods (many are year-round), and where access to mobile phone service is available. Dattabot has identified eight ( countries that possess these attributes, where collectively, these countries represent nearly one-third of all smallholder farmers in the world, which are: Bangladesh, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Kenya, Uganda, Mexico, and Peru.

 Our deployment team has cracked the code to explain the benefits of being part of the HARA ecosystem to farmers. We also worked with field officers, NGOs, local government, and local community leaders to help with user acquisition in villages.

For now, their loyalty points can be used to redeem farming goods and also daily necessities like fertilizers and phone credits, we decided on this so that we can make sure that the incentive they will receive will go to improving their farming and sustaining their needs.
