Why only Indo? do u plan to expand on other countries? I believe that this would be effective

HARA has a total addressable market The markets that HARA will focus on are developing countries located near the equator, characterized by long growing periods (many are year-round), and where access to mobile phone service is available. Dattabot has identified eight (Cool countries that possess these attributes, where collectively, these countries represent nearly one-third of all smallholder farmers in the world, which are: Bangladesh, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Kenya, Uganda, Mexico, and Peru

I believe that data driven decisions will help lower the price and increase the quality of the yield.

With the help of HARA and blockchain, farmers will have access to information to better their yields and also data will help farmers know the right amount of farming goods to use so that none of them would go to waste. Indeed they will make data-driven decisions to better the outcome of their yield.  Smiley

Is being a data qualifier the same with doing a bounty programs?

No, because doing bounty programs does not require you to be part of the HARA ecosystem. A data qualifier should be connected to the data they are qualifying to ensure accuracy of qualification activities.  Smiley
