Is being a data qualifier the same with doing a bounty programs?

No, because doing bounty programs does not require you to be part of the HARA ecosystem. A data qualifier should be connected to the data they are qualifying to ensure accuracy of qualification activities.  Smiley

How can you make sure that the platform has enough data qualifiers for the data exhange to run in a timely manner?

Data qualifiers only provide a portion of the data rating. Rating is a combination of algorithms and that help us determine the validity of the data we collect. Qualification adds a secondary layer of assurance and creates insights into the data we could not have foreseen by using AI alone.  Smiley

Some farmers don't have mobile gadgets , How will they able to earn from sharing data?

HARA is employing field officers to assist farmers in registering their profiles, and continuously collecting agriculture data throughout the farming cycle of cultivation, harvest, and post-harvest seasons. Smart contracts award tokens to these data providers in the form of loyalty points, and the farmers can collect incentives (such as discounts on fertilizers and seeds) through local partners also in the HARA ecosystem.  Aside from the mobile app, HARA has also a web portal that enables them to supply data.

Aside from tokens how do you incentivise the data providers? how will they be motivated?

A HARA Field Agent, not just farmers themselves, and can eventually earn a salary of up to $700 dollars per month!

Field Agents are our bridge to the farmers in the field. They are critical for the early success of the HARA platform. In their initial role, Field Agents will serve as data collectors and map out the agricultural potential in their village. For example, they will check the familial relations and ID’s of local farmers, examine the yields of their crops, and track the market prices.  Smiley

How to data qualifiers check the data of the farmers?

Data qualification method is in the form of proof of work. This can be with image recognition, by providing photographic proof of the requested items, or through simple questions related to the data that was uploaded to the exchange.

HARA is implementing a qualification mechanism to drive the accurate rating of data. Any data submitted on the exchange must earn a minimum basic rating before any exchange can occur. This adds a secondary level of information aggregation to allow for dynamic forecasting. Data providers can allocate more token in order to drive more qualifications, thereby increasing its rating.  Smiley

Data qualifiers can also rate other data qualifiers part of a data qualifier’s rating comes from qualifying other data qualifiers in order to ensure high-quality data is being submitted. The tokens for rating qualifiers are initially taken from HARA seeding fund then funded by a portion of the proceeds from the ongoing transactions. This acts as a self-regulating mechanism to ensure that data qualifiers are providing accurate data and to avoid data qualifiers gaming the system. The rating that data qualifiers received enables them to have access to better tiers of mini tasks and automatically increase their credibility.  Smiley

How can financial services utilize HARA platform?

With HARA data exchange platform, our financial services can utilize it to access data that will measure growth potentials in agriculture and food sector, and provide insights into an untapped customer base. This data can also be utilized to help them expand their business opportunities by formulating credit scoring or risk profiling, getting access to the untapped segments, calculating insurance premiums with better risks prediction, and by facilitating the implementation of mobile banking to provide low-cost banking service. These are the potential data usage for the financial services in HARA ecosystem.   Smiley

Data buyers include enterprises such as banks, insurance companies, retailers, agriculture input suppliers, NGOs, and government – all the way down to local communities or even individuals.  Smiley
