I always try to focus on the amount of soft cap, because it should always be collected by all ICO. Since the amount is 3 times less than the maximum amount that the developers want to collect.

You read badly on the site! Here you have a screen on which it is written clearly that in the spring in 2019 there will be a listing, and maybe they will have their own stock exchange.

I think that the project is quite able to collect the amount of 6 million competent organization. I have encountered rather poor-quality projects that collected similar amounts while providing a good marketing campaign.
