Hey there. Smiley Please check if you have at least 1000 Veil in your basecoin balance for the automint. You can also manually mint your Veil by going to the Zerocoin Mint screen, typing in 1000, if using basecoin you can check "Use Basecoin" box, and hit MINT. If you are doing multiple mints for 1000 denominations you can input a max of 9000 at a time for minting.

Gray stakes means that you got an orphan stake, which is when you compete with someone else for the stake and lose. This can happen every now and then.
Thanks,I have my first valid stake.Zerocoin balance is 1120,if I set automint full balance then all zerocoins will take part in staking or 1000 only?

Hey, dimaspro10. Congrats on your first stake!

All your Zerocoin balance will be staking automatically, so long as your wallet is running and unlocked for staking. You can make sure staking is active by checking if the staking line says true after typing in console command: getwalletinfo.

The automint full balance option is for automatically minting Basecoin, CT, and RingCT balances to Zerocoin as soon and as much as possible.

Spend a few seconds to support veil by going to nicehash.com and filling in x16rt to the form that will pop up at the bottom right.

Hi guys! I am new to VEIL.

I have downloaded the windows wallet from the website, installed it and let it fully sync which took a long time. After that I tried sending 1 coin from GRAVIEX exchange and got a error message in GRAVIEX.

I did it by using the QR code from the receiving tab in the wallet GUI but nothing has happened so far. I did notice the receiving address in GRAVIEX is way shorter than the receiving address in the wallet itself, is that normal?

Thanks for your help

you need to go to settings ----> advance settings----> go to console----> type "getnewbasecoinaddress"....... use that address to receive coins in wallet....

Wallet is always 24/7, not closed. But POS not working! No rewards! Who will explain why?

Hey technick. Smiley Currently you need around 7,000~8,000 Veil to be averaging 1 successful stake a day. With around 300 Veil it might take longer on average to get a successful stake.

You can also check your Settings > Preferences > Wallet tab, and uncheck "Hide orphans" to see if you have received any orphan stakes.

VEIL coin was too hard to mine during its early days, so 100.000 VEIL coins dedicated for first bounty sounds amazing big fund.
I propose the VEIL team opening official bounty topic in the forum, in the child board there:
Bounties (Altcoins)
The project should have its official bounty topic in the child board, Telegram group will play as suplementary place/ tool to manage the bounty.

Thanks for the feedback. We're excited about the bounty and happy we can distribute the coin to the wider crypto community this way.

When we are ready, BountyCloud will start the thread there with all the bounty details as you'd expect from BitcoinTalk bounty programs Smiley.

If you want to preview our bounty rulesets right now (still needs some final changes) you can see it here:
