Checking exe file also gives information that there is a trojan.

are you sending to bv or sv?
if to bv you can try using console:

sendstealthtobasecoin "address" amount

Txbit exchange team said that we have come closer to the point to meet 2 month-period required by CMC to get their consideration to list txbit on CMC.
The exchange has beautiful UI, and supports look good so far.

This is visible by CMC. But only 4 pairs are traded on this exchange. The trading volume of the entire exchange is equal to the trading volume of the Veil. I would like to buy Veil, but there it is impossible without a large price shift.
Need a more realistic alternative. Or wait .

After each one-minute block processing period, for blocks eligible for Proof-of-Stake validation the network randomly selects a wallet for validation, based on the amount of Veil that is staked in the wallet. The chosen wallet, after successfully validating the current block of network transactions, receives new Veil as compensation (a “reward”).

If network randomly selects a wallet, how than orfans can appear?

Thanks now then I will try to download veil-1.0.2-win64.zip and test. Maybe the exe format causes problems in virus total scanner.

The orphan rate may be around 20-30% versus 70-80% success rate. If you have higher orphan rate than that over a large sample size (i.e. 25+ stakes), let me know and I can tell you a few steps to try improving successful stakes.
