Welcome all GPU and CPU miners join the best Zhpool and mine the best HVC

We are running keccak512's official pool modules, that means our pool will get the best support from HeavyCoin community.

Our pool is now running close to 9G hash rate, we are keeping solving blocks all the time, we helped a lot of miners solve all kinds of issues, we are trying to give the best profit to our miners.

We do believe we can do even better with the help from all of you from all countries and nations!

You can read the other miners' voting, all estimates detail,  the latest price from exchange and more, but read no adv. Wink

All of this, only at http://heavycoin.zhpool.com

Let's mine our fortune together!

This is really weird.
I've got a 560ti at home that hashes at 5 Mh/s with cudaminer.
My other PC has an r7 250 that hashes at 1.5 Mh/s with cgminer.

But on the pool I'm using:
the worker for the 560ti shows as around 3000 Kh/s.
while the work for the R7 250 is only at 45 Kh/s.

Any idea what is up with the r7 250?

I know the 560ti is a better card, but if the R7 250 hashes 5 x slower than the 560ti, surely I would expect 5 x less the share rate? Instead it is slower than my CPU miners.
Please upgrade to latest cgminer as it has important changes targeting low-end GCN cards. However, R7 250 is really not great.

Hi community!
I would like you to spend just 1 minute and send Bter.com a request for adding HVC to their exchange. This would increase the exposure of Heavycoin and help us all

Here´s the link

http://support.bter.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

yeah, everyone should write a nice quick note to them giving one reason why heavycoin is going to be big soon...

and i just want to remind you all again  Wink

remember this.. in 2 Months HVC will be traded at 0.001

2 months? It gained 10% in the past 10 minutes and WAY more if you count the whale who bought to 0.0005...

Lol, there are no whales here yet. That buy was only worth a few bitcoins. Thats the thing - There are not that many coins out there and if you want to buy even a few btc worth of HVC you have to take down half the orderbook Grin People dont seem to realise that it is being sold dirt cheap now. There are only 128M COINS not 1000 0000 0000 0000 0000 00000 0000 0000 + coins.

so what are your expectation then? it sounds like your expecting HVC to be worth 100$ each coin

Yup and it's trading on it's combination of features rather than blackcoin which is just trading so much while people try to stock up for the POS element. And plus with the voting at this rate we will probably end up with around 70-90m coins not 128m.

my long term estimates are minimum $1 and maximum of like $20, depending on how much adoption the coin gets when the asics start raping litecoin hard. Plus lets face it who wouldn#t want to mine HVC, its cheaper power wise and less intensive on the hardware. and asic and multipool resistant, with temporal retargeting rather than silly gravity well, BOOM!!!!!!!!!

Holding my HVC like a boss!

somebody said people on chat were talking about the hash rates and asked me to post a one-time update, so:

heavychain.info: 56.72Ghash/s

1gh: 35.23Ghash/s
nonce-pool: 0.66Ghash/s
heavycoinpool 1.79Ghash/s
zhpool: 8.57Ghash/s
miningpoolhub: 3.34Ghash/s
total: 49.59Ghash/s

Nothing strange there.

It would be great if it will hit those prices. Fact is Asic-s are raping all scrypt coins for some time, that's one of the reasons of low profitablity.

Looking at X11 coins DRK an HVC, I see some large players on some pools, don't know if someone is using 500x GPU's on that pool, or stratum hack, or yet some Asic that is not in preorder yet... ?

I don't think this coin is asic-s proof, the same story was told over and over for Scrypt, and then Scrypt-N. Cpu coin's became Gpu coins, and I see no reason why not Asic coin, so some large company can control it...

tested the new miner (25-3-14) from 1GHs

hash increase (xfx 7950)
from 8.5Mh/s to 9Mh/s

edit: I could increase intensity a bit without instability or crashes

NOTHING IS ASIC PROOF! However... I SERIOUSLY doubt there are alredy ASICs for this coin, LOL, or that there will be at any point in the foreseeable future... The cost of creating a specialized chip for this unique hash function would probably cost more than the entire market cap at the moment.

agreed, GPU core is just a ASIC chip, just specialize it into a HVC mining chip...
that cost too much
