NEW DAILY TOURNAMENTS ADDED! Play both A and B at the same time.
The player with the best combined finish in A and B will win the weekly bonus.
Win both A and B and win the progressive bonus!
Just wanted to drop in and say I'm loving this new schedule. This Thursday Double was a fun format to play, glad I took some time to browse the new lineup. Played in both last night, and took down the A portion with an out of the money finish on the B tournament. Checked this morning and SWC had credited my account as I had the best finish across the 2. Had a blast and will be back for a lot more games in the future. I also wanted to say you gus are doing a great job in sponsoring the lBitcointalk Tournament Series that is open to anyone with a Bitcointalk account including brand new.. The additional prize pool that SWC sponsored was greatly appreciated. I'm looking forward to taking a shot at the Big BTC. After playing for a while I had a few questions and a suggestion or 2. I've tried looking around but can't seem to find a history of my tournament cashes/finishes. Currently when I try to resize a table it is locked to do so proportionally. Is there a way to change that? I like to make it custom sizing if I multi-table. Has SWC considered implementing a feature where you can toggle between Total Chips and BB when betting and looking at chip stacks. It was brought up in our series it might be nice if the chat window was a pop-up in a separate window. Again just being placed based on preference. Apart from that I've had a blast playing so far and I recommend playing here for anyone who wants to have a good time on a great platform.

+1 Please fix Display Chip Amounts at Table in BB, it's been broken forever. It's a major annoyance, I reported this bug a year ago. Hint: Big blinds are not whole numbers, the program must display pots, stacks, bets in 1/100 fractions of a BB (and allow bets of the same fractions in NL/PL). Also, it should be made clear to the player if they are dealing with chips or blinds at any time. Quick switching between BB/Chips as the user I'm quoting suggested is also useful, many poker clients do that when the player clicks on their displayed chip stack.

Yes, I have the same issue with multiple browsers. Actually it shouldn't be too hard to fix, you just need to tell the algorithm not to rounding up, but to give the exact number.

At cash game tables, you'll see the SB and BB both post "1BB" for blinds. Sometimes when managing multiple tables, I'll be looking for the "Check" button, not realizing that I really only posted 0.5 BB.

Thanks I was able to find my tournament history, never would have looked there. I ran into a spot this weekend and was curious. When running a satellite for an entry ticket it appears to be a standard form that displays in the pop-up for "tournament info" mainly the payout structure portion. I didn't grab a screenshot of it but can at another time. For instance the "Little BTC" satellite I was in had i believe 10 or 11 registered so the structure said 3 places paid. I assumed it was an oversight, as it wasn't displayed showing 3 tickets in the prizes field.

We also really want to bring back Shork Deck but there is currently no ETA. Short Deck tables will return with updated hand rankings when the team is confident everything is working correctly. Has SWC considered implementing a feature where you can toggle between Total Chips and BB when betting and looking at chip stacks.

Satellites will pay out as many tickets as possible from the total prize pool amount with any leftover funds being paid to the next player in the form of chips.

Thanks for the reply. I totally understand the different payout structures that apply to a regular MTT, and a Satellite. What I was trying to say is that the software is displaying the wrong Payout structure on the "Tournament info" pop-up of Satellites. I can see how it wasn't clear, i didn't expect to get a ticket for 3rd. It could be very confusing to some who doesn't understand that full tickets only get added every 8-10 entries or so. Enjoy the rest of the weekend. I'll be back for the Thursday double again, if not sooner.

Was there always so low traffic? I am sitting hours by myself at 5 card omaha hi lo ( or even hi ) waiting for players at 25/50 , 50/100 or even 100/200 and nothing is happening.
And if something is happening many players hit and run after 5 hands. Or they always min buyin.
I know most players must be Americans so my timezone is not perfect but still. Playing on this site is a lot of fun but waiting for action every day is not so much.

Two players stole all the midstakes players and brought them to other sites. These sites are much better, so people play there. They won't come back.
I warned of this but SWC didn't think they should do anything against it in their chat.

Casino sites are great for gaming but before that we have to be careful There are many sites that are scammed so you need to analyze it well. It usually depends on the player how he monitors the sites.

Most of SwC's traffic is focused predominately into just a few games, 5 Card Omaha H/L not being one of them. If you want more traffic at your game, type "/action" into the chat box at your table! This is let people in the trollbox know that your table has open seats. (don't spam your requests though) "If YoU bUiLd It, ThEy WiLl CoMe"

Can you explain? This is the first I'm hearing about this. Cliffnotes: There are agent sites where agents make money signing people up. The guy with the most krill on SWC has successfully recruited everyone with money to go there instead. They do everything SWC does much better. I think SWC can explain the rest.

First of all if you are claiming something like that you should at least provide some sort of proof with it as well. Secondly SwC has been around for a loooooong time and they have always been known as a place that has not so many people, it is not like a brand new thing that they got less people nowadays, they probably have around the same number of people they always had, the trouble is not that they have less, it is that they always had so little. That is not really a bad thing for the gambler though, sure it is bad for SwC because the more gamblers means more rake they would profit however for the gambler you can check games and tables and sit at the most crowded table and that is enough, even if there is 5 people in all of SwC at one time, you can get together and play together, so it shouldn't really bother people as long as you do not insist on a game and blinds.

THURSDAY DOUBLES START IN 2 HOURS! Still one of the most enjoyable sessions I get into weekly, if not working. I can't manage to run well in both but there's always next time. Wanted to drop in here to spread awareness about the #3 Bitcointalk Poker Series (0.05 BTC & BIG BTC Ticket sponsored by SwC Poker) This kicks off this Sunday. It's a good time and all you need to do is create an account on the forum and you are eligible to participate. SWC have been great hosts and float out some great guarantees for the finales. There is a Series Championship, A small final for participants who don't qualify at the end, and we have added in a lottery aspect to give everyone the chance at earning a decent prize at the end to help balance out skill levels. Feel free to pop in and ask questions.
