I am asking if there is a function within C.A.T. to cancel that order that might have been left over, from an unclean shutdown of the program/computer.

yes, open the market where funds seems to be held.
Then, just for curiosity, open market explorer and load data, you will probably see one order into MyOrders Tab.

then from the SingleMarket Toolbar -> Market Actions -> Delete Orders -> Delete All Orders (Current Market + OnlySite)

yes, open the market where funds seems to be held.
Then, just for curiosity, open market explorer and load data, you will probably see one order into MyOrders Tab.

then from the SingleMarket Toolbar -> Market Actions -> Delete Orders -> Delete All Orders (Current Market + OnlySite)

I followed that, but all I can see in the Log is:
2016-12-11 00:20:04| PPE : User Action Added : Delete All Orders (Current Market+OnlySite)
2016-12-11 00:20:04| REQ : Process Pending User Action Delete All Orders (Current Market+OnlySite)

That might be because the Status is stop, but with process start I get only Status Zombi.

to perform this operation you don't need more than this.
Zombie status is because algorithm has nothing to works on.
But your action was processed:

2016-12-11 00:20:04| REQ : Delete Only-Exchange BURST/BTC Orders.

So, is now your balance correct?
If not......there's something strange in the API response, it's continue considering some old orders already deleted....

hey sampey just a quick question I have some orders that seem to be coming up after a few days of running. that shouldnt meet the minimum trade qty. also when looking for these orders they are nowhere to be found. once again with c-cex Wink there are no errors in the main log. but i was able to find one in the general API log. One other thing i might request is a max log/backup size? or possibly maximum number of backups to keep? so that CAT doesn't continue to take disk space over run time but max out at a certain size. I notice the backup folder getting a bit large already. and the logs have been pretty big before as well Tongue

thanks for the log, i will check it.
About the qty, it seems that we are in the case of dust elements. BUT it's directly the C-CEX exchange that delete orders with qty < Min Qty.

About the log, i will add some features (log manager) in 4.7 version.

So whats happening is the order doesnt completely fufill. but instead of the bot cancelling to recreate it. c-cex just deletes the order and it seems to just sit in the trader as a dead order. Even when right clicking to try and recreate the order as a whole doesnt seem to work.

just a quick question then. do the pong trades get added when a ping trade is fufilled. or does it do it in parts? ie. if someone sold 100 coins into a 1500 coin order. would the 100 coins go up for sale in a pong order. or would it wait until the full 1500 was fufilled to make the pong order?

You will get an error, because delete routine will have negative result.
final result is have an order in DEATH status. You can discard it.

the first case  : trade 100 will create a pong. (by default).
You can try to merge trades into a new one.

Figured this may be helpful for merging small pong orders. Would it be possible to merge orders at the same value if the order is lower than X amount? or maybe the possibility of merging only pong orders?

C.A.T. 4.7 will be a release focused on fix/little changes (actually i think that).
I will probably add 1 exchange, but i'm not sure (and if you have suggestions feel free to write here your opinions).

So if you have some little problems/little fix/gui fix or similar to suggest, 4.7 is the right version to do that  Wink Wink
