Now the thing is, you have to wager this amount 10 times in the sports book to unlock it, already a harsh requirement, it was a free bet after all. But ok, whatever, I did it anyway.
Ok, so I wagered, wagered over 220$ in the hours after getting the free bet. Now guess how much wager they registered, $43.13 ! This was 36 hours ago and still it's the same number. My host is a total dully and writes:

"I'm deeply sorry for the delay my dear. I kindly ask for your patience as it will be updated shortly tonight. Thank you so much for your understanding!"
"Kindly await for the bets to be settled, please. For sure the rollover will be updated."


These replies were 24 hours after the bets were made and 36 hours. Basically lying straight to my face because I know there is something wrong here. The "completed wager" already updated every single time after the bets, yet when I bet like 20$ it just registered like 5$.

Coming back to this case unfortunately. Still after over 220$ in bets, rollover was 10x, I am at over 44X, my small bonus is still locked.
Host is pretending to understand and help but for 3.5 days there is only nonsense coming from her, as always.
So last night I made a small test bet of 3.1$ . And guess what, only 1.55$ of this bet were registered for the wager requirement of the rollover. Before the rollover was at 43.13$, now it's at 44.68$, exactly half my bet size more. 
Since on the first day I made a 126$ bet I have the strong suspicion they first of all only take 50% of your bet size for the rollover but also cap it at max 20$.
Meaning, even if you bet 1000$, only 20$ go towards the rollover. If you bet 10$ then 5$ will go to the rollover. This is clearly false advertisement since it states 10x rollover, nothing else. If only 50% of your wager actually count then this is a 20x rollover requirement obviously. Of course the cap of around 20$ makes it even worse.

I have searched anywhere in the rules, TOS and whatever and this "rule" is nowhere to be found. I am sure even the hosts, live support and discord mods aren't even aware about this since nobody has an explanation
It is not about the money in this case, I couldn't care less it's about false claims and terrible support to find an explanation.

If bc.game said they sent a kyc email to you through the email address associated with your account, and you claim the hacker changed both phone number and email address on the account, it simpy means that the kyc email sent by bc.game went to the hackers email address and not yours, and there no way you are likely to recieve the mail except bc.game will sent the kyc mail to the email address that was previously associated with the account before the latest change.

And besides, I am curious to know how the hacker was able to change both the phone number associated with your account, as well as the email address as well, did he gain access to your email address account as well?
Because I believe bc.game are supposed to sent verification codes to your email which must be entered correctly on the site before any change or security update will be effected.
I guess you should check and make sure that the hacker doesn't have access to your email address account too..

Thanks for the kind words, but I always like to emphasize that luck also plays an important role... after all, it's all gambling. It is good to know more than others and have better analytical skills, but without luck, there is no victory. In any case, people should be free to try it and see for themselves if there is something there for them or not...

I’ve gone over the terms to the bonus as you updated on your earlier comment and tried to make sense of it. It seems  to require of you to rollover of 35x the deposit amount maybe on the casino games. They didn’t specify on this but, it’s what I’m likely to assume as this is often the case with the rollover systems with X being deposit amount here.
For the Sportsbet, it seems to specify a roll over of the winnings, here it’s the winnings and it’s 10x roll over.

BC.Game isn’t a site that you would expect to falter on the products they advertised, they are as reputable as such I believe.

Why do you even reply when I already explained everything? Also, why are you even talking about a deposited amount? Nobody said anything about a deposit bonus.
I know the wager requirement for sports is 10x. And I explained at least TWICE that I wagered over 44x, on sports, after I got the bonus. They only take half your wager, and this wager even is capped. So they write 10x rollover while it's a 20x rollover with capped amounts. That's why my 220$ wager over 4 bets only was "worth 43$. Also I don't find any other hidden rules about this anywhere on the site. I would post here if there was any explanation. 

And, it doesn't matter if I can upload anything or not. I think I can be trusted enough for people to believe what I am writing. I am not in the "wasting my time" business, so why would I make this up?
Also my host basically trolling me at this point is a fact. Same for this discord mod who first told me to open a support ticket, then he sends me wager requirements for casino bonuses even though I clearly talked about sports, then he ignores it and in the end bans me fro their discord server for nothing.
