It makes absolutely no sense for them to only accept Visa as document type, I don't own one and it is impossible for me to get a Swedish Visa when I already was born and live in this country as a Swedish resident. They don't have any explanation as for why they don't accept other document types and they are forcing me to send a document which I don't own or have access to in order to verify my account. Aka they are refusing to help me so my $13k will be stuck on the site without any option to withdraw. I'm asking them to allow me to upload driving license or passport because clearly this must be a bug or glitch in their KYC system, but they ignore my request and refuse to help.

Well, the thing is, I can't compare it to many casinos since I only have a high level at some. Compared to let's say stake for example the difference it huge. First of all, at BC you don't have a "base bonus". Meaning you only get what you wagered (see above). On stake, if you wager like 3k in a week or 5-6k in a month you get a base amount for your VIP level plus extra the more you wagered.
Let's say I wager like only 5k for the week, I will still get at least 20$ weekly for my action while at BC I would get 3$. 
By the way, on BC you get weekly and monthly bonuses after reaching level gold22 on the VIP tier, this means you have to wager 49000$ before even being eligible for these bonuses, at stake it starts at bronze which you get after 10k wager.

Also you get a pre and post monthly bonus sometimes.
On BC the bonus doesn't really increase the higher you get, at least not that you can feel the impact.

Anyway, I know every place is different but somebody wagering to climb up the ladder and writing something like he is happy when he gets higher bonuses just feels bad because this is not the right place. I've wrote to your scam accusation thread about the issue. Please address them there, not here. I'll repeat, it'll make things harder to follow [and solve]. Also, as I've mentioned on your thread, this is a time where casinos staffs took their break, not sure who take their leave when, for how long, and until what time, but that "ridiculous" is probably because they are still not 100% running full team yet. Or... Probably you haven't provide what they asked [I covered this on your thread, address it there to avoid confusion from readers who only read one side of the... thread]
