After a long time, I decided to play some poker, and why not BC?

I can only agree, the experience so far is really underwhelming. I didn't use bc for weeks now but just looking at it shows me no improvements have been made. An ante is still mandatory in basically every ring game, which is already really bad. Also the table sometimes kind of reloads for me (what Iv4n talked about). When this happens, shortly before your timebank expires for example, it can have a huge impact in a hand because it would basically fold your hand while it's reloading. Something like this should not be possible, on any site.
Traffic is also not good, not once have I seen 1 single hand in an omaha game. Once i was sitting for 2 hours and nobody joined. But can't blame the site for the traffic, yet they should promote poker more to finally get some members to play.

Seems like casino/bookies have problems to get poker right. Stake's poker product also has plenty of flaws, but at least it runs, doesn't have mandatory ante and has definitely more traffic. It's still ugly though.

I’m posting here because I’m dealing with a serious issue on BC.Game, and the support team hasn’t provided any meaningful help. I’m hoping someone here can offer advice, or that BC.Game steps up to resolve this.

Their support is literally useless and just copy and pastes the same generic responses, which is insulting and basically an F you...

Here’s what happened:  

- I placed a bet on a match, and I won. The match result was confirmed as a win both on BC.Game and external sources like Flashscore. My account history even shows the bet as “won.”

- However, the winnings ($3,112 in USDT) have not been credited to my account balance, even though it’s been over 24 hours since the bet was settled.

- On top of this, my BCD balance keeps disappearing. Every time I add bonus funds or claim something, my BCD resets to zero for no clear reason.  

When I reached out to BC.Game support, the experience was frustrating and unhelpful:  

1. Generic Responses: They kept copy-pasting the same response about “incorrectly settled bets,” even though I explained multiple times that my bet was settled correctly and is marked as a win in my history.
 
2. Lack of Action: I asked them to investigate why the winnings weren’t credited, but they didn’t provide any real answers or solutions.  

3. No Escalation: Despite my repeated requests, they refused to escalate the issue to a manager or someone who could assist further.  

This is clearly a technical issue on their side, and it’s incredibly frustrating that they’re not addressing it. I’ve provided all the necessary details, including the ticket ID, proof of the win, and the match results. Everything checks out, so there’s no reason why my winnings haven’t been credited.

What I need BC.Game to do:  

1. Credit the missing $3,112 USDT to my account immediately.  

2. Investigate and fix the issue with my BCD balance disappearing.

This has gone on for too long, and the lack of proper support is unacceptable. BC.Game, I need you to take this seriously, investigate the issue properly, and resolve it as soon as possible.

If anyone here has experienced something similar or knows how to escalate this, I’d really appreciate your advice.

They have multiple issues recently which they are actively resolving one by one with the help of their representative and holydarkness. All issues involves support can’t handle the issue on the website.

That is the problem wherein @OP won a significant amount but due to some issues, they come up here as on this thread without waiting for resolution.  In this case, the first line of handling the customer was aloof which might have triggered his reply.

I think they might help you recover your funds immediately since your bet is indeed won.

How did you reach this conclusion? I know users here who actively discuss these issues through back channels. It seems unlikely that you have been part of this journey. If you are connected with the team that handles these matters, it would be helpful if you could provide a solution to the issue.
