That is if the gambler provide the exactly required or requested document, as I understand that if a user uploads a document that is not supported and acceptable by the casino, verification can take a much longer time as the user will be required to get the supported documents and re-upload it and wait for it to be checked and verified.

And speaking of bc.game and kyc, I have played on this casino for a very long time, since around 2020 or 2021, I am yet to submit my documents to get my account verified, I've always deposited and withdrew from my account successfully without any issues, though I must say that I am not a frequent user of the casino, I only play on bc.game once in a while, perhaps, this is one of the reasons they have not asked me for kyc verification.

Losing more money because of buy FS will happen if we don't know how much money we can spend to gambling. I already have that experienced before and it is sad to see I used all of my balance to buy FS but I don't get a good result.

Yeah the site works like a charm but since I recently, after taking 1 month off, played a bit I saw that suddenly my VIP host was removed. Since I wagered quite a bit those 2 weeks, which would easily requalify for a host I went into the live chat ( should have known better ) and asked what's going on and why I wasn't even notified about the VIP host thing.

Here is my question and their reply.

Well, even though it shouldn't, mistakes happen. Maybe you should have rephrased and asked again and should have told them clearly that your host has been taken away, but since you have wagered again after coming back, you should have qualified for it again, but it's still not given, and then maybe they would understand better what you were asking about.

I have worked as a customer service agent in the past, and I know that sometimes, customer service agents have to deal with a lot of things at once, so they might make mistakes.

Well, this is something many actually really don't understand, they tend to have this believe that buying free spins or the bonus spins some how give them a better edge of winning good amount of money in the end, but unfortunately, this is not the reality, every thing about slot game is purely based on luck.

Personally, I've learnt from the experience one of my good friend had, after spending so much money on buying the bonus spins on slot, he ended up still not winning any money, he later ended up with an empty account, he had to deposit again but still ended up losing all.
This really taught me the lesson that spending extra money on those extra features on slot isnt really a guarantee to any thing, coming out with profit will still be based on how lucky you are as the gambler.

If you would be a frequent player at BC you would understand and have experienced it yourself. They have these support issues ever since I started there and nothing ever has changed, even though I mentioned it several times (also not only me). It's the one and only big issue with the site and they don't get it fixed. 

I spoke with joker about talkimg already and he also has no clue what's going on, it's super strange and at some point I just gave up because I (we) couldn't find a solution for it.

Maybe something is missing in my Chrome or something I don't know. I tried to use the TOR browser but still got the same errors. But never mind maybe I will try to check it on other days and see if that works for me. Well communicated?? I wasn't even aware there is a VIP host telegram channel. Not one of my so far 6 hosts has ever told me about this channel to be honest. Well communicated would be a message to the players, not in some random VIP channel people don't even get informed about.
Also, my host wasn't just unreachable, the host option was gone from my profile. Normally you have a small letter icon next to the bonus tab, but for me this icon was gone.
