Actually, I also face some troubles with verification and bc.game. When I was trying to withdraw winnings, I was asked to pass KYC. I have successfully passed it, got confirmation of that by email, but when I try to login, page loads long and it says that verification is required. Supported advised me to contact them via support@bc.game and describe situation, and warned me that it might took 10-15 working days to answer my email. Its third day of waiting.

Not stressed at all. I understand that they are busy, and accept that I might get an account lock, because I was logging in from 3 different devices all the time, and now its is a first withdrawal. I even accept that I did something wrong, as I think the last time I have accessed it, I have forgotten to turn off VPN (dont remember that clearly, but that might really has happened).

He doesn't have to join in all contest running by BC.Game especially if he difficult to find his free time in every contest. It is enough to join at least 3 contest and let other contest running. That's true. This change can't be good for BC in the long run, obviously many players prefer playing house games because of their fast paced action and results. Some even just use it for wagering the last $ they need for level up or what not. Making such a significant change will drive players to other sites that offer the regular 1% on house edge. I mean why would anybody pay more to get less? My prediction is they will be forced to move it back to where it was because of the loss of action. I sincerely hope players will be smart enough to not accept this and make BC feel it because only then they will be forced to undo this change.

That's surprising. It is a backward move from BCgame team. Looks like they don't want their user to play those in-house games on the platform. Even the 3rd party provider dice and some other provably fair in-house type game doesn't come with 4% house edge. Anyway, they have still kept the most played in-house game (Crash) house edge to 1%.

You are right, crash is the only game that's left with a 99% RTP. I found another game though called "double" where now the rtp is down to 93% .

He doesn't have to spend that much time. After checking them, casting some predictions and time and they're all good. This is for the specific one that I am mostly joining with the matches that we only have to guess and leave the time of our predictions. There are still some bc.game contests that are also conducted for which if he's interested in to join them, they can do it.

They are simply taking advantage of their popularity which just shows greedy they truly are. Sites like Roobet and Stake are way, way more popular, but they never used these greedy tactics which goes to show the difference between them.

Their ongoing KYC issues coupled with these pathetic tactics are why I don't gamble there myself and don't recommend others to do so until they sort them all out effectively.

I just checked and yeah it seems only Crash games still have the 1% house edge and i'm not surprised among all the inhouse games almost 4000 users playing Crash game while other inhouse games are only played by 200-300 users assuming they haven't realized the 4% house edge, this should be enough evidence that almost all users disagree with this update. If this situation continues then they have no choice but to set it back to normal or some users leave the casino. I have an account here but am not an active user and we know with this situation there is no reason to be more active, hopefully BC.game admin can see this before it gets worse.

I still like Crash and it is one of the most fun in-house game but my favorite ones are in fact Dice, Limbo and Keno. It doesn't make sense at all to move the house edge to 4% without informing anybody. This move doesn't make sense as it will cause a lot of backlash (which is valid). Wondering if the representative of bc.game will come here and explain why they made these changes.

i did basic verification 3 times but its failed
there is no mentioned reason why its failed they just telling me do it again and again
