Becareful with them,I am not stopping anyone but if you win big it's very less chances that they will pay
The fact is that when you are gambling on all these casinos you should be able to upgrade your account to the highest level of KYC because it's then if you win any amount you can easily withdraw it without any hindrance, but most people fail to apply for KYC before they withdrawal and at that point, the casino will definitely demand KYC verification in a more supervised way and if care is not taken you will find it hard to pass their KYC at that moment so I believe this particular issue is same with what I explained.

Most people don't have that kind of amount of winning in mind because most of them just gamble base on the fact they want to meet up and maybe get some fun or sometimes double their initial funds they deposited in the casino and nothing more. And also some gamblers here are always of the opinion that they dislike KYC from casino base on the taught that the casino maybe responsible for selling their information.

For bc.game players, you must be familiar with the term "account risk". Many accounts experience such problems and usually after getting a big win. Apart from that, BC also asked for reKYC several times even though players already had full KYC. It is not only bc.game but also other casinos. Reading the terms and conditions of each casino we visit as a gamblers. Though most of us are not chronic gamblers but the few casinos we visit, we should read the terms to avoid problem in the future. Though bc.game's is different because the changing of the CEO has also brought different policies to bc.games.
And reasking of KYC by the new CEO is to assure that gambler is the real owner of the account and if really the gambler who did the KYC is still handling the account he can still do the reKYC again so there is no big deal on that.

Yeah one knows about this and I also understand the situation, since the last year many users have been buying/selling accounts and these accounts are the ones that are built after claiming the bonus as a new user so BC.game security team wants to make sure whether the account is real or from account farming so that a re-KYC is required, if it's a real account there shouldn't be any problem right? it only takes a few minutes to complete it.

What is feared is from the above activities sometimes normal users are also affected and have to go through re-KYC even though they didn't do anything strange, but there is no other choice. I have heard of similar cases and BC.game refunded the balance but not include winning or bonus balance, are you one of those who take advantage of the bonus?  I hope you get a fair solution.

BC.Game tracks multiaccounting very closely and you can almost rely on the fact that there has been a violation of the ToS.

Silly question, if someone has an account, forgets password, has no access to email used for registration, is lazy to click on recover password, dont want to bother with all that and creates a new account, or is simply stupid, and make a second account. Is this multiaccounting ? Cheesy

Previously I have been registering in casinos to test their features, but now I dont even remember login, password and email used. In case I want to return, I will be creating a new account. For example I was in bitvest plinko signature campaign, had an account there, but dont remember any info I have used during registration.
I think the term multiaccounting, really differs per casino on how they handle them. But if there is an abuse found for each connected accounts that are found out through a proper investigation, they will have to do the necessary. So most cases that have been found with multiaccounts, probably refers to the bonuses and giveaways that are done per account. This is just a guess from me and I don't know how it goes for most deep reasons that won't be disclosed.

Because I've had similar cases like this and I though it was done on purpose but all I was told to do by the customer service i did and the withdrawal was restored back to me and it still use it till date, so maybe you need ask them questions and stay as calms as positive while you follow their directives. Bc. Game is a reputable casino and I don't think you'd not pay you your money, just exercise patience and go through the legal process they'll attend to you.

I believe he is not dumb enough to contact the support first when he encountered the issue since 30K is the amount involved here.

Users bring the issue here if they can’t get their money by talking to the support since casino support decision is usually firm when it comes to ToS violation.

BC has a lot of same issue like this that involves multiple account tho.

I would have understood the word multiaccounting in the same way as you have described it: If you had an account in the past but no longer had access to it and then created a new account years later, this would not fall under multiaccounting.

However, if you create umpteen accounts and use them in parallel (free spins, giveaways, etc.), this is referred to as multiaccounting.

If you want to be on the safe side, you could of course contact support before creating the second account and ask for the first account to be blocked/deactivated.

I believe one wouldn't have any problems if they registered a new account because they don't remember the credentials of the account they previously had because that account is no longer in their possession, which means the newly created is the only account they have with the casino. You can only get in trouble if you have more than one account in possession and use them both in the present, and they find you doing that either through your IP address or some other means.

If you want to be on the safe side, you could of course contact support before creating the second account and ask for the first account to be blocked/deactivated.

That's possible only if you at least remember you email or username, but if you don't remember anything, maybe you had created a new email, used it only for testing purposes, and abandoned it. You might not remember it, so you can't ask the support to deactivate or block that account if you can't tell them which account it was.

I think the term multiaccounting, really differs per casino on how they handle them. But if there is an abuse found for each connected accounts that are found out through a proper investigation, they will have to do the necessary. So most cases that have been found with multiaccounts, probably refers to the bonuses and giveaways that are done per account. This is just a guess from me and I don't know how it goes for most deep reasons that won't be disclosed.

However, if you create umpteen accounts and use them in parallel (free spins, giveaways, etc.), this is referred to as multiaccounting.

If you want to be on the safe side, you could of course contact support before creating the second account and ask for the first account to be blocked/deactivated.
Yeah, it's best for those that have made accounts years ago and they have become dormant for years to simply contact the support with the account that they have recently made and make it clear that they want to make sure if they're still following the rule or not just for their sake. But if someone has an intention to take advantage of the casinos like bc.game, that's why further investigations are being made and if one is found guilty, that's it, it's the verdict.

Be careful if you request to deactivate your old account through self exclusion since this is the only way you can do it since you might experience trouble when you create new account while having self-excluded account due to the violation of the ToS regarding self exclusion.

It’s much better if you have a dormant account that you are not using for a long time then create new account rather than having a self-exclusion/deactivated account.

If you have access to one account anyway, I don't see why you should create a second one at all.
This situation is very complicated and usually companies don't support it. If your fund is small, forget it and let it go. If your fund is big, you can try to escalate it and wait for their support, but you will have to do more advanced KYC to give the company and its compliance team enough evidence that you are true owner of that account and fund.

Losing acces of your email is one of most terrible thing for account recovery. Losing password, losing 2FA are more acceptable mistakes and can more easily get support.
