ETH return to 1000 USD after hardfork?

see good news about eth which always appears every day, some people think that eth will go up to 1000 usd, but will this happen?
because after all eth is the strongest coin after BTC, and I believe that.
and even the new news says that eth prices will be half the price of btc.

It will happen soon but who knows, We cant predict even the project is growing up. But I'm praying to grow it up as soon as possible.

I am sure that we will not see such a price. This is just a network update. This is just a reason to pump prices. And it will not last long. Soon, the price will again fall below $ 100. I do not doubt it. We are still at the bottom. The market is dead at the moment.

I have realized the ETH has been rising gradually after the hardfork news and am very optimistic that the price will rise above 400$ before January ends but as to ETH reaching 1K$ is quite doubtful

1k usd is very unlikely, i guess.
Ethereum is still a good altcoin, but i find this prediction is too high.
I think after the update we see a price of 250-350 usd.

I can see so  many people are already anticipating for the hardfork of Ethereum but i don't think that is enough to make the price of Ethereum rise so high to that value. May be can see a rise to about $200-$300 but $1000 is a huge exaggeration unless bitcoin also rises with a bull run then we can expect such a value.

It can if bitcoin and the whole market will go along the way, when market become green again and most of the investors comes back that value was been achieved before, rallying up around this industry is no longer impossible its just a matter of time and how far you are willing to take the risk of investing and waiting till it comes.

It is not easy to predict the price of any coin specially Ethereum in these volatile conditions but Ethereum has the potential to reach any level.

At the present time now ethereum movement now is a bit recovering its price value. So after hardfork I think 1000$ are not possible to

be happen after hardfork, but it may possible happen as time goes by for sure, in short, it probably in the right time.

How can you say that After Hardfork the price will shoot up, if i am not wrong when hardfork will happen, who ever is holding ETH in their wallet will get their portion of benefit and whales who are holding high volume will try to cash out the benefit by selling in the market immediately. So i think what ever the high price we will see before Hardfork will be only that after that the price will move down

The crypto space is really not predictable one can't be sure of anything. It is like a game of probability, nothing is certain, after the hardfork, it is possible value might shoot up but not to 1000usd before it gets here, there would have been much retracement. All the same ,we hope to see the value of ethereum increase.

I don't think that ethereum will achieve 1000$ mark. Risght before the hardfork may we see some good rise and even after the hardfork. But 150$ to 1000 is not possible. Cause  the market is still not in good position to push ethereum in 1000$ marks. But if in that time Bitcoin start to recover and it goes to 7000-8000$ mark then maybe ethereum also reach 500$ maybe. The main problem with ethereum price drop is market drop the whole market cap is down that's why all the token price is down. It will recover time to time. Hope for the best.

Constantinople upgrade coming in 2 weeks is likely part of the big run up in ETH recently so I would avoid buying that until after it's passed as the market might follow suit as a whole.

I don't see that happening in 2019. May be some years after, it can achieve that feat if the devs could become more innovative in the months ahead. However,  $1000 value for ETH is unrealistic at the moment.

There is a high chance that as a result of the fork, Ethereum will keep rising as more people scramble to buy and hold ETH in order to enjoy the benefits of the fork. However, as always, there is going to be a dump once the fork is completed as people will be moving out leading to more sell orders piling up with few buys. The best thing will be to sell off immediately after the fork to ensure it doesn't dump on you!
