Switching to POS will help Ethereum to survive.

I do not think that Ethereum will come to such a price after the fork, to a greater extent still depends on bitcoin and its price, too , now I doubt that we will break 200, I think we will be in the range of 100-160$

If Ethereum price is not linked with bitcoin price yes it will be possible without a new bull run.. but so far it's not the case.
And a lot of people can sell after the fork (sell the news), so the price will dump ..

It's not logical, but do you believe in a miracle? The world of cryptocurrencies always shows miracles by creating various situations that sometimes surprise us. Just imagine that the price of Bitcoin last year reached 17,000USD and at first everyone would not believe it because at the beginning of the creation of Bitcoin the price was only a few USD. We can achieve changes drastically, Ethereum can experience a drastic increase in prices, we only need to wait and follow the path. Don't be a pessimist because pessimists will only make ourselves become insecure.

I think we should be more focus on the expanding and more adoption of blockchain. If ethereum will go to $1000 then on which bases. What will drive the price high even though we are know the price of ethereum has been hanging around $150 since the beginning of this year few days ago. Many people have make predictions and are still making up till today but the price still remain the same. I can see some people talking about the SEC meeting that it will determine the price route crypto will follow this year. We are keeping our finger cross as we sit and watch closely what will happen to crypto this year

$1000 is not impossible for ETH, I'm almost certain it will reach that (and much higher numbers), but you shouldn't put a deadline on it, and definitely not a deadline so soon.

The market will take its time to recover, and it's highly unlikely that ETH will go in any direction other than the whole market goes.

It is always a hype and too high expectation about this coin. In fact, this may happen, but needs more months or years. I don't know but I don't think that it will happen in this year. But hopefully, the Ethereum hardfrok will really help this altcoin to increase its value and price.

I think ethereum will still go higher than $1000 but that's not going to happen soon just because of the hardfork. The hardfork will definitely have it's own effect on the price of ethereum but it won't go as high as $1000, maybe $400 will be a good prediction.

You are seeing only from the positive view but never seen the negative impact on this upcoming hard fork, do you think Constantinople hard fork will pump the coin value?  I assume it as impossible because this Constantinople is the one which Bitcoin cash followed and every one knew what at last it's always better to hodl coins In such scenarios.

Predicting about thousand dollars really to early now so just let it be I hope 2019 will bring the prices more higher but don't expect an year like 2017 again.

If this would happen then be realy great as many projects which has rised their money with ETH now wait for good days to make product so it would be great news for them but i dont belive ETH could return to 1000$ itselfs without BTC rise for this moment i think its impossible anyway i dont see why it would happen.

Already today, I came across many users of cryptocurrencies in telegrams, which were very negative about the prospects for ether. Nevertheless, I did not give any facts and confirmation of my words.

although ethereum is still very likely to be able to return at a price of $1000 but in this hardfork event, ethereum seems to be unable to reach that price. and for me to reach half is good

The said hardfork will bring about improvement in the Ethereum network and community at large, This could lead to more potential price increase but, I honestly doubt it would attain $500 simply because of the hard fork, perhaps after the fork there could be some steady increase but with what occurred during and after the BCH hardfork, I wouldn't expect a massive buy in simply because of the forks.

Ethereum is a good coin to hold this 2019. There are a lot of news that might trigger eth price to go up again. It already once proved us that its the king of altcoin and i dont have any doubt that in due time it will go back to its Ath though we dont know when but i will still hold and hope that its soon happening.
