No one giving any chance to delhi?

I am rooting for Delhi's team here, even odds are against them and they have a bad habit and history of performing hara-kiri. so far they surprised everyone because no one was expecting them to qualify in top 4 in the start of IPL and I think they can surprise again.

Chennai lost a very valuable middle order batsman "Kedar Jadav" due to shoulder injury. its a big blow for Chennai and India as well if his injury is serious because Kedar is very important part of Indian squad. hopefully he recover asap.

DC lost Rabada who was a crucial member of their team which could lower their chances, but I am not counting them out since they played excellently this season.

The loss of Jadav is a minor blow for CSK and big blow for India. I remember Alzarri Joseph injuring himself too due to fielding which is why players need to field smartly.

Here is my prediction for the playoffs and finals:

Qualifier 1: MI vs CSK: MI win, since CSK is not in great form
Eliminator: DC vs SRH: Win for DC
Qualifier 2: DC vs CSK: Win for DC

Finals: DC vs MI: MI wins the tournament.

That's less likely to be happened. I guese MI and CSK will play the final match. MI will win the qualifier 1 and CSK will olay against probably DC.
The chances of winning for MI in the final is also high since they are having quite decent performance.

I too have a similar prediction. I want MI to play with DC in the finals but wants DC to win the trophy.
MI has already won it and DC would be a new entry among the champions. DC this year has a good team and luck has favored them as well.

In almost 95% matches of SRH, both of them had done good score, otherwise, the team suffered greatly in this season. I think the match without them is one single match which should not be considered seriously.

After them Pandey was giving hope to the team but team left him alone run the squad in taking batting side all alone. Will it be a good for the team. I am damn sure it is not. Still they world class players apart from Warner and bairstaw.
Then every year Delhi team will not perform good but this year they were in attacking mode and emerged as a new team and next CSK and MI. They seems preforming well in this season.

They could not score the runs as quickly as Warner / Bairstow. And in a T20 match, the difference between a team total of 180 and 160 is huge. In most of the cases, this difference can decide whether a team wins or losses.

Manish Pandey played some good knocks in the middle overs and even after the two openers back to their native he is keeping his good form continues but still when we talk about other players they are not that much consistent over the tournament so rivals have better chance this time.

Facts and statistics are not everything. You do realize that, don't you? This is a team that has lifted the cup a couple of times before and has experience playing in the qualifier rounds in a successful manner.

2 players do not define a team. If they work together as a team, they can pull this off.

Anyway, if MI wins this match then I am sure the final will be in between MI vs CSK.

And according to me it doesn't matter who wins or loses , the final will be MI v CSK .

Seems like the bookies are favoring MI. I think this is the first time I have seen odd against CSK in this season. I am extra careful in gambling because this IPL was a lose for me :-P

I think if MI lose today then DC will have a good chance to face CSK in the final.
