Considering that I got a spoon in Round 1, I'm happy with the current leaderboard of Round 2 Sahyadri jumped up 10 spots, me and webtricks jumped 8  

This year's IPL is going crazy so far! Every team is capable of beating the other, there is no clear winner. I think it will still take 1-2 more rounds for everyone to get more accurate in picks. First round was awful for most of us! 1 point only, lol. Even though we jumped 8-8 spots but still we are leading by only 2 points from the last position. One good match for last position holders and they can go pass us like flash.

As expected, a majority of the users have gone for Rajasthan today. Me and JSRAW are among the few who went in favor of KKR. One factor that made me go in KKR favor was the excellent record that Sunil Narine is having against Samson/Smith. In the previous editions, Samson struggled against the spin of Narine. Also, Pat Cummins seems to have regained his form. BTW, the RR bowling is a joke (apart from Archer).

Pat Cummins was spectacular vs Sunrisers in last game but Abu Dhabi's pitch is heaven for bowlers. I doubt Dubai's pitch would be that helpful for him and other KKR pacers. Nevertheless, it would surely be a tight game. Let's see who triumphs.

As expected, a majority of the users have gone for Rajasthan today. Me and JSRAW are among the few who went in favor of KKR. One factor that made me go in KKR favor was the excellent record that Sunil Narine is having against Samson/Smith. In the previous editions, Samson struggled against the spin of Narine. Also, Pat Cummins seems to have regained his form. BTW, the RR bowling is a joke (apart from Archer).

Rajasthan Royal's is not bad at bowling, their fielding is disgusting. We don't expect this type of bad fielding from a first-class team. Hopefully they will try to improve their fielding in the upcoming match, while their fielding and bowling is poor, but there is no doubt about their batting. They really have some great batsman and almost everyone is in form. I think they will win today's match by relying only on batsmen.

Pat Cummins got Steve Smith, and Shivam Mavi got Sanju Samson. Now Rajasthan Royals are in big trouble. Apart from Buttler, all of their top batsmen are gone and this pitch is not that easy to bat on. I hope that after two consecutive defeats, I will get one point today. As long as Buttler is there, RR has a chance. And Lord Tewatia is yet to come. He is someone who can singlehandedly change the course of the match.

Buttler, Archer and Tewatia are the last few dependable batsmen for RR. Also, Tewatia is not exactly a consistent player. 1 insane innings doesn't make him a game-changing player.

What everyone seems to forget is Archer's game-changing ability thanks to his batting and bowling. He was better than most batsmen during the final overs in recent matches.

I think it was just a bad day for RR. They were playing their first match out of the mini stadium of Sharjah. Maybe this was the reason of their poor performance today. The lower order of RR as everybody knows is really poor. Tewatia might have worked in previous match but that doesn't mean he is a consistent batsmen. I think RR desperately needed Ben Stokes in their side which would have given a great strength to the lower order. Tom Curran is doing his best but obviously can't be compared to the great Ben Stokes. This IPL is proving to be a great competition every team is giving a cut-throat competition to each other and external factors like dew and stadium have been pretty large determinants of every match. KKR would be pretty happy after this win.

RR supposed to be the most deserved team for this IPL deason and they are incapable of chasing 175, and even can't give a good fight. I see Vishnu is fixing match again to keep his point up.

LOL... I fixed the match result, but forgot to fix the margins? In that case the suspicion should be on those who won the margin point as well. Royse and JSRAW got 2 points from this match. Why don't you accuse them? 

Anyway, just one match remaining in the second round. Good luck for everyone on the sole remaining match of this round. It's going to be another exciting match tomorrow between the KXIP and the Mumbai Indians.

KXIP and MI match will probably be really tough to predict. On one hand, we have MI who are consistent winners even if they lose a couple of matches here and there. They have been far more consistent than CSK(The other consistent team) so far.

On the other hand, we have KXIP who are on fire recently and lost 4 points due to bad luck(DC and RR). What do you guys think? This is basically the decider of Round 2.

Rahul vs Rohit, whom are you going with? Rahul has a great performance against Mumbai Indians. In fact, in the last 3 match against MI, he scored- 100*, 71* and 94 which seems pretty much consistent. This season Rahul is in better shape, they have Mayank too who is having cool performance so far.
It would be a hard call tonight. I may (may not too) pick KXIP, not sure yet.

Something wrong with the superbru engine. For eaLiTy and glowing10 sometimes it is showing 5 points and sometimes 3 points in the round list. See now:

Its strange the ways it keeps changing the points table, but now I am seeing 5 points for myself and now we have 4 participants sharing same points and should be some exciting days before the final points for this round will be up and will know the top of the leaderboard. This is just second round and in coming time it will be more tough competition.

I don't know if it's problem from my side which is unlikely as I was able to browse all the other websites. For a moment, I thought it will give me default pick, lucky me that I was able to pick at the last minute and got two points.

I don't know if it's problem from my side which is unlikely as I was able to browse all the other websites. For a moment, I thought it will give me default pick, lucky me that I was able to pick at the last minute and got two points.

During off-match hours, it works fine. I guess when the match starts, a lot of people try to login and as a result the server crashes. It is always better to lock your picks at least 24 hours before the match. I agree that last minute inclusions and exclusions can happen, but there is a far greater risk of unable to lock your side if you delay the decision for too long.

Is locking the pick necessary? I think no as locking pick is needed only when you want to see what others have picked. Well, usually I wait for the toss and then pick because it gives me extra benefit of having a pick.

Average score is 165ish but initial pitch report saying that its flat wicket so may be we could see high scoring game, i opted for MI but keeping eye on toss as well, team batting first might have slight advantage.

Punjab batting is looking solid but they already showed us that they are very much capable of throwing away winning game at any point.

Actually this makes more sense for punjab. Teams should resort for playing their strength in the second innings. Punjab don't have death bowlers so it makes it difficult for them to defend any target. It's better they bat second because they can literally achieve any target with their batting line up. I am now more confident about Punjab if they are batting second and also not to forget that dew also makes bowling difficult in second innings. So it's a good decision by Punjab.

Big ground, good bowling so no firework so far. MI playing dot after dot, not converting single to doubles now it seems Rohit is having quite a few vada pav in his free time nowadays and must be hiding at least dozen under his belly.
