Folks... Lord Tewatia has done it again. RCB was comfortably chasing the target of 178, with Devdutt Padikkal and Virat Kohli at the crease. Tewatia got both of them dismissed in consecutive deliveries. Padikkal was dismissed of Tewatia's bowling, while he took a brilliant catch to dismiss Kohli. All of a sudden, we have RCB struggling at 103/3 from 103/1.

Rahul Tewatia is a real match winner with the bat and ball and i have not heard about him before this IPL, the bowling changes made by Rajasthan Royals
was not the best, i missed watching the match live but i finished watching the highlights because Chennai Super Kings match is boring as there is not much going on in the match  .

Unadkat bowling the 19th over made all the difference for AB de Villiers and RCB, Archer should have bowled that over and put the pressure on the last over.

But now the match has turned into CSK favor. Delhi is still struggling to maintain the required run rate. I don't get one point. In Sharjah, it's supposed to be high scoring match but in last few matches, the score isn't that high. What has got changed?

ABD was in blitz mode and I doubt any bowler would have been able to stop him. I felt so happy seeing him hit those sixes with ease. It's like he never retired. Was an entertaining match through and through.

Yeah, he was not feeling well and out of the ground at that moment. So Dhoni had only 2 options Karn Sharma or Jadeja.

I was surprised to see Jadeja bowl the last over too since Bravo still had an over left, but JSRAW cleared our doubts above mentioning that Bravo had to walk off and MSD had to choose between Jadeja and Sharma who are both spinners.

A never expected win for DC as Ravindra Jadeja call for trouble on his own by sinking the worth of his innings he played during his batting when we were thinking that CSK might not even see the total score of 160, but his innings of 33 including back-to-back 2 sixes of the last over changed the total to an exceptional 179. Dhoni kept trust in him and didn't give any other bowler a chance to go for the last over and Jadeja made it a nice victory for DC by bowling like a noob and even a batsman like Axar Patel shot 3 sixes in the last over. A won victory lost by CSK.

Chennai Super Kings picked up the run rate in the last few overs and that made the match interesting . The pitch has become slower and if you are not waiting for the ball in the back foot it is difficult to score runs.

Pure batting skills and that too under pressure situation, the ability of ABD is out of the world when the rest of the players are struggling to hit boundaries he makes it looks easy and he should return to the international level to strengthen the team.

He was probably unaware that Dwayne Bravo was not fit enough to bowl. I would say that the criticism was unfair. Bravo couldn't bowl and Dhoni was left with two options - Jadeja or Karn Sharma (Watson hasn't bowled in ages, so I don't think that he had a third choice). He probably went for Jadeja, since Sharma is very inexperienced. But then, left-arm spin against left-handed batsmen is not a good idea.

I think these things are things that made MSD the greatest captain. Obviously Bravo was injured otherwise he would have been the obvious choice but when it comes to choice between Jadeja and Karn Sharma. I won't blame Dhoni for this. Because if CSK would have won this match people would have said that what an out of the box captain Dhoni is. So doing out of the box things does carry these risks. You won't win 100% of times. Giving the ball to Joginder Sharma was also the biggest risk he took in t20 2007 and when he got successful people made Dhoni their hero, no one questioned an out of the box decision at that time. I think criticizing Dhoni for this decision is not at all justified. Moreover people just love to criticize even if he would have given ball to Karn Sharma and lost then people would have said that such an inexperienced person was given bowling in place of Jadeja.

I was surprised when SRH won the toss and chose to field first. But now it looks as if David Warner made the right decision. The KKR bowlers did their job relatively well. And this time apart from Rashid Khan, the other bowlers also did their job in a satisfactory manner. Sandeep Sharma and surprisingly Vijay Shankar bowled very tidily. Natrajan was expensive, but he got the crucial wickets.

It was quite surprising to see that Morgan was pretty much stuck with Injured Russel while he could barely bowl. KKR were just too lucky today to have win this match. But I think this team combination for them is much better. They should continue with this only. What was more surprising was 3rd super over in this IPL. I am surprised that tie is becoming such a common result in cricket. In 32 matches it's the 3rd super over. I was pretty surprised with shot choice of Warner when you need to 2 runs of last ball. But Ferguson was the key player who got them this match.

SRH has let me down once again. I miss the old Warner who usually played big shots all the time and helped his team post big scores consistently. Currently, Warner probably is playing more cautiously since many of the SRH batsmen are not dependable.

What the heck was the team management thinking sending Samad instead of Williamson in the super-over. Also, just like teosanru, I was disappointed with Warner's shot selection towards the end.

What a partnership at the end by Pollar and Coulter Nile! Who would have thought that KXIP have to chase 176 tonight? It's only MI who can do this I guess. They are so far the best at the death overs following RR. With some early wickets, I have left the hope of win the bet tonight.

Williamson was struggling with the niggle issue, he hurt himself during fielding that's why he opened the inning so that he could make some quick run in power play without taking risk of running 1s or 2s. Samad was actually good choice for super over, he was striking quite well when chasing but this day belongs to Lockie Ferguson and was too good for the SRH's batsmen, he clean bowled every one with the yorkers ( Priyam Garg, Manish Pandey then Warner and Samad in superover) I lost some money today and super over was bit dull but it was excellent game.

I thought KXIP is bowling so well today. Even their 6th bowler was having such a good Economy rate but into the death they once again choked. I think KL Rahul should bowl out 2 overs of Jordan in the beginning and then keep 2-3 overs of Shami for death 18th and 20th straight. No other bowler is able to crack that slog bowling key for KXIP Shami is their best bet. Arshdeep is a good young bowler but isn't experienced enough to bowl at death. But I am eager to see Chris Gayle today.

Shivam Mavi had one over remaining, so it was really surprising to see Russell bowling. Even in his first over, he was not looking fully fit. In the end, the tactic worked for Morgan and the KKR. Also, Mavi's 3rd over went for plenty of runs, and Morgan probably wanted to avoid what happened to Jaydev Unadkat yesterday, at the hand of AB de Villiers.

Strange that Pollard is called again to bowl. I don't see a reason to call him. R Chahar, Bumrah, Krunal, Coulter Nile could bowl 16 overs easily. 1 over from Pollard was okay but calling him 2nd time was wrong decision I guess as Boult has already completed his 3rd over. Even anyone from the rest four would do poor bowling, Pollard can be called later.
Nevertheless, MI has got back into the match.

Hey man is it some sort of joke or what? Second super over of the day? i don't know this is entertaining but still it's too dubious thing I would say. Matches being competitive is another thing. But ending in ties is another story altogether. Even though this was a pretty close call maybe just couple of inches cost KXIP this match. Even that ball not given wide by the umpires would raise many eyebrows for sure now I think it's pretty easy for MI to win. Bumrah is their key here. KXIP do have Shami but he is nowhere close to Bumrah.
