Nearly missed that Arlovski is fighting again Guy is 44 and still in the clip. What will that guy get tired and retire once and for all I think he had enough fights in his life. Fought almost every top and famous heavyweight. If he wins that fight, he will on first place among UFC fighters with most wins in history, as well as higher number of wins among heavyweights. And isnt he the most aged UFC fighter right now ? It's more like I find it harder to trust Mayes than Arlovski. Mayes just isn't that good, with suspect cardio and with questionable fight IQ. Anyway good luck to everybody's picks! And it sucks that Jared Gordon had to pull out from the match vs Jim Miller. Bet voided... Really had a strong hunch Miller finishes Gordon. :/ Here are the weigh results. No misses. Kai Kara-France (125.5) vs Amir Albazi (126) Alex Caceres (145) vs Daniel Pineda (145.5) Jesse Butler (154.5) vs Jim Miller (155.5) Victor Altamirano (124.5) vs Tim Elliott (126) Karine Silva (125.5) vs Ketlen Souza (124.5) Abubakar Nurmagomedov (170) vs Elizeu Zaleski dos Santos (171) Johnny Munoz (136) vs Daniel Santos (135.5) Andrei Arlovski (245) vs Don’Tale Mayes (262.5) John Castaneda (136) vs Muin Gafurov (136) Jamie Mullarkey (156) vs Muhammad Naimov (155.5) Jinh Yu Frey (116) vs Elise Reed (115) Da’Mon Blackshear (136) vs Luan Lacerda (136) Maxim Grishin (205) vs Philipe Lins (205.5) UFC Vegas: Weigh Inhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H6Bsj3yVzlkUFC Vegas: Face Offhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2GonqvP9j10

Here are my picks for tomorrow's fights
Kai Kara-France VS Amir Albazi
The stake odds for this fight are 1.93 for Kara-France and 1.88 for Albazi, in this fight Kara-France has done great against Cody Garbrandt and made an incredible win over and landed a one-two combination while his fight with Askar Askarov has proven that he got a great defense on the ground, or take down defense was great, and he withstands the submission game of Askarov it was a decision win but Kara-France did great, while Amir Albazi got a great stand-up and is very good at the ground and there are many Submission that he can full against Kara-France I really think that Amir Albazi is just well rounded against Kai Kara-France, so my pick is Amir Albazi,
Alex Caceres VS Daniel Pineda
The stake odds for this fight are 1.54 for Caceres and 2.49 for Pineda, I really think that Alex Caceres is a cool dude, and for me, his fighting style really like, with a Kung-Fu theme in it, great kicks a thing that I like while I was really furthering my knowledge with MMA, but surely I didn't apply it that much, but yeah Caceres is one mean dude, while Daniel Pineda he got away so much after his fight with Cub Swanson he got injured and return to win against Tucker Lutz, but Alex Caceres is a beast that I think is very well rounded, and that kick length would pressure Pineda for sure, so my pick is Alex Caceres,
Jim Miller VS Jesse Butler
The stake odds for this fight are 1.39 for Miller and 3.00 for Butler, Jim Miller is a very versatile guy for sure he has good striking that can pressure his opponents, and you don't want to be on the ground with him because he can surely submit the likes of Charles Oliveira, while this is the UFC debut of Jesse Butler and his opponent is already a beast I really think this is going to be a dominance fight for Miller, for me, I think Jim Miller should get a title fight, he has been Through a lot of great fights in the UFC, so my pick is Jim Miller,

here are the fights I bet on them:
Daniel Santos - Johnny Muñoz
Daniel Santos who is 28 years old and a Brazilian fighter, is coming for his third fight in the ufc, but he started his professional career in 2013 and he has already had 13 fights of which he had 11 wins and 2 losses, he won 6 by knockout, he's a muay thai and Brazilian jiu-jitsu fighter and he's very good at ground and pound and on the other side his opponent is Johnny Muñoz, a 30-year-old fighter who started his professional career in 2015, he's from Corona, California, United States. He already had 14 fights, winning 12 fights and only losing in 2 fights. he has won 7 fights by knockout, is an expert in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and also masters grappling well;
my guess: Daniel Santos will win this fight, there is an odd of @1.40 in case he wins this fight so I'll add him to my parlay
Abubakar Nurmagomedov - Elizeu dos Santos
Abubakar Nurmagomedov is a fighter who is 33 years old, born in Makhachkala, Dagestan, Russia. he has 12 years as a professional athlete, having already had 21 fights in which he won 17 and lost in only 3 fights and had 1 draw; he only had 6 wins by knockout, and he is very skilled in striker and grappler. on the other side we have Elizeu dos Santos who is 36 years old and started in 2009 as a professional athlete, he was born in Francisco Beltrão, Paraná, Brazil. already had 30 fights and won in 23 fights and lost in 7 fights. wins 14 fights by knockout, he knows Brazilian jiu-jitsu and capoeira.
my guess: Abubakar Nurmagomedov will win this fight, odds are @1.80 in case he wins this fight so I'll add him to my parlay

Who's your guys most confident picks? I feel like this event is a rather slippery slope, and I don't really have a whole lot of confident picks. I might just run a double or treble at this rate, and hope for the best. I know next weeks event has a lot more enticing fights, I just won't be able to watch it unfortunately, so won't be betting on it.

Abubakar Nurmagomedov is my main pick in this fight card and I like the odds. Victor Altamirano is my second underdog pick and odds are amazing because bookmakers made Timothy Elliott a big favorite. Altamirano is younger, he never lost a fight with KO or TKO, and he has slight reach advantage, but this bet is more risky them first one. Late Picks for this event
Kai Kara-France(-119) VS Amir Albazi(-111)
For this fight, Kai Kara France has a good takedown defense and also has that technicality in his strike also that powerful strikes surely could add up to his one-two combination while Amir Albazi will heavily rely on his ground game, and because he can use that height and massive structure that he has in his advantage with his wrestling against Kara-France for me I think Kara-France will be more versatile with his takedown defense he is pretty good at it and may have control over Albazi with it, for me Kara-France will surely rely on his heavy shots to knockout Albazi in an instant, so my pick will be Kai Kara-France,
Alex Caceres(-175) VS Daniel Pineda(+150)
Alex Caceres has a cool-looking style you can say he is Bruce Lee incarnate and because they put it on his name Alex Bruce Leeroy Caceres has a good combination of his punches and Kicks also got a great Submission even if his opponent is standing he surely got that unusual submission position on his opponent, while Pineda is some takedowns and surely will win this over submission aswell but Caceres has good striking and his advantage on reach because of those flexible kicks can surely can make his win, so my pick is Alex Caceres,
Jim Miller(-200) VS Jesse Butler(+170)
For this fight, Jim Miller is a dude that could surely pressure his opponent with big striking and has a ground game aswell, while Jesse Butler will debut on UFC with his first fight and is a beast of an opponent, I really think that Jim Miller has a lot of ways he can win against Jesse Butler, it is just not a lucky 1st fight for Jesse Butler in the UFC, so my pick is Jim Miller,

kai just have to avoid takedowns and not get weary or its his end. albazi seem serious with his wrestling. i rarely see Iraqis fight in UFC, i'm more hopeful to see fighters like albazi win to see whether their wrestling can match dagestans when he fights against khabib's proteges.

Here are the result of my picks for The UFC
Kai Kara-France VS Amir Albazi ROUND 5 DECISION - WIN
It was a close match for me I really thought it was a controversial fight I really think that Kai Kara-France won this aswell, even though I have bet on Amir Albazi and Albazi only shot 9 takedowns where only 1 connected this is really shown that Kara-France really has good takedown defense, and Kai Kara-France is such a high-level striker that for in my opinion, he landed many strikes than Albazi so this is just what I have seen even though I have put my bet of Amir Albazi what I saw I think Kara-France won that fight, and this is another controversial scoring for the judges, but surely it was so close that some judge might have not seen it,
Alex Caceres VS Daniel Pineda ROUND 3 DECISION - WIN
This is a sensational display of martial arts those faints are crazy and Pineda doesn't know where they will land Alex Caceres really knows what he is doing and because of his length and height he surely was pressuring Pineda so much also Daniel Pineda shoot 11 takedowns 3 was successful but still Caceres deflected those submission attempts while 8 was a successful takedown defense, and because of Alex Caceres faints he landed many strikes than Daniel Pineda,
Jim Miller VS Jesse Butler ROUND 1 KO/TKO - WIN
I was surprised about the fast knockout win for Jim Miller, it was an astounding performance and Jim Miller was really technical he has to wait for the perfect opportunity to execute that strike that has KOed Butler, and just like I thought it was too early for Jesse Butler to face the experience Miller, and his debut to UFC was a failed, now the UFC should give this beast a title shot next,

The result of my picks on UFC Fight Night
Kai Kara-France(-119) VS Amir Albazi(-111) - LOST
It was a very close match for the judges to call a win for Amir Albazi and a lot are saying that they think that Kai Kara-France won it, and looking at all news that is MMA many have said that it was really a Robbery base on what they have seen, with the fight I really think that Albazi's takedown was stopped by Kai Kara-France and because he has a good striking he has made many significant strikes than Albazi, it was a loss on the judge's decision and I think Kai Kara-France ultimately know it,
Alex Caceres(-175) VS Daniel Pineda(+150) - WIN
Now this really deserves a straight title fight Alex Caceres has shown that he is the real deal great faint techniques are the most better that I have come across so far, it was even though Pineda has thrown many takedowns it was only defended by Ceceres, because of his takedown defense it was really possible and I think this kind will surely improve even more,
Jim Miller(-200) VS Jesse Butler(+170) - WIN
Now this is a wild fight Jim Miller deserves an even better fight surely Jesse Butler is just new to the UFC, not underestimating Butler but I think he deserves a shot for the titles that 1 round knock-out was so fast that his opponent was out cold for a while and couldn't get up, it was a truly tremendous knockout power,

Kai got robbed in my opinion. I don't even think it was close, except for the one submission attempt Albazi didn't do a awful lot. He got massively outstruck, and failed to make his takedowns for much of the fight. I had a decent night of predictions, but I was let down by that flash KO of Jamie. That was probably one of my more confident picks of the night too. To do that on your debut though, that's quite impressive. I'm annoyed at Jamie though, he gets way too confident, and forgets to defend.

All it came down to the 4th round of the fight in my opinion. To be more specific, the scoring of the fourth round. Two of the judges gave the fourth round to Kai Kara France, but the other gave the round to Amir Albazi. I honestly do not think that this fourth round was close and this really should have gone the way of kai kara France. But at the same time, I wouldn't say that Amir Albaazi was absolutely outstruck in the fight. The fight was actually close. The scoring was also good except for the fourth round from that one specific judge. The second round could have also gone either way as well. Jamie should have fought more intelligently. It was his fault that he got knocked out. And he does get a little overconfident sometimes during the fight even.

Yeah there are lot of complains about judges from this event, I even saw Adesanya making a tweet that judges should be interviewed after the fights and hold accountable for their work. Refs can ruin fighter carrier with one bad decisions, I think right now they are almost untouchable in UFC and MMA, and somethings seriously needs to change. This was one of this days I wish I never made any predictions in UFC, most of my them was wrong, Nurmagomedov and Altamirano both lost their fights

And it's not the first time he's done something like this. :/ All in all, welcome bad judging in MMA. But then again yeah, the fight was really close that one couldn't say that it was a pure robbery. If anything KKF should've done more to lock up the win. Looks like the City Kickboxing guys besides Adesanya and Volk are going in some sort of rut. For me, it was really closer as it gets, we can not take away the other round where Amir Albazi is active and eating Kara-France strike like it was nothing, and for Kara-France I really give it to him for being active and working hard in always landing those strikes even though I have a bet of Albazi I really think this was a clear robbery from the judges' score card, While are you talking about Jesse Butler or Jamie Mullarkey? I think it is Jesse Butler because it was his debut fight and he clearly underestimated Jim Miller but Jim Miller was composure he just really want to knockdown Butler and it was a technical finish, for Miller, in the 1st round, All it came down to the 4th round of the fight in my opinion. To be more specific, the scoring of the fourth round. Two of the judges gave the fourth round to Kai Kara France, but the other gave the round to Amir Albazi. It was his fault that he got knocked out. And he does get a little overconfident sometimes during the fight even.

One of the cards that I have been waiting for at UFC289 is the Women's BatamWeight Champions which will bring Nunes vs Aldana together. Nunes herself is a female fighter and holder of the Batam class title in 2016-2021, 2021 and was taken over by Julianna Pena because she was defeated and won again by Nunes at UFC277 until now this title is still held by Nunes. Nunes will be the underdogs in this bout and is likely to hold on to that title for a while longer. source : https://twitter.com/espnmma/status/1665193057581449218?t=ix5rBdOo4NysH-qljNORnw&s=19

It was interesting to see Izzy tweet that judges should have to give interviews after the fight and defend their scorecards. This is the first time I’ve heard of such an idea but it doesn’t seem like a bad one. Sort of similar to the NBA’s 2-minute report that shows any of the officials’ mistakes at the end of games to hold them accountable.

If this happens then the Judges will now think twice before giving their score to someone but they can also defend that they saw just this and they tend to score in this kind of situation it could surely be helpful but also fans will just hear nonsense things while the judges defended what they have though, it could surely be helpful but it can also be giving them a chance to defend their nonsense,

I think I will rewatch the previous fights of Aldana
Of course you will, as kittens are fighting (no offence, just joking) Finally we gonna see gray-haired guy fighting. The guy is 34 and is so gray, much gray than me Probably has a worse wife than mine, lol Finally a decent opponent for Dariush. He has been fighting unranked or low ranked opponents and stays high in top. That was always a question for me. Either strong opponents avoid him, or he is very lucky to take easy path on a way to fight for the belt.

There are a lot of complaints about how the Judges scored the fight, it was a very controversial fight for sure, many have thought that Kai Kara-France won the fight but it was Amir Albazi even though he just landed 1 successful takedown, and the takedown defense of Kara-France was really superb but the judges have managed to somehow get this wrong in their score cards, ^ I know it is a hard job to judge a fight. But of course, the UFC have the best judges that there are available to the whole world. So they should not be making these types of mistakes. I think we all can agree that this was certainly a mistake. A majority of people believe that the fight should have turned out differently. I can understand that probably the judges thought the overhead punch from Amir Albazi landed in the 4th round which it clearly did not. At the same time, the takedown attempt might have had some effect on the judges to score like that. Jamie should have fought more intelligently. It was his fault that he got knocked out. And he does get a little overconfident sometimes during the fight even.
Who's Jamie? Jamie Mullarkey vs Muhammad Naimov That fight could have gone either way. Now Jamie has 6 losses in his career. Anyone is going to look at that career record and assume that he is some average fighter. Yup and that one specific judge who gave R4 to Albazi is... Chris Lee. Here's the post fight press conference UFC Vegas: Post Fight Press Conferencehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FKCH1ZWEoWk^ The fight was really close and in such situations, I think people can make mistakes. Even though the judges are professionals they are still humans. And we know, to err is human. It was a close fight, but it should have ended differently.
