Dont you guys amazed how NOT promoted UFC 284 is ? Why media is rather silent about it? Why there are no conflicts? It is only 1 week before the main fight. This is the first time in UFC history when top1 pound for pound meets top 2 pound for pound. Fighter with 22 (12 if we count UFC only) win streak against 11 streak. Such fights never been before.

There is no Media coverage for now and I really don't know why but that is obviously weird, for me I think Khamzat Chimaev has already realise that the UFC will eventually give the fight to Israel Adesanya again, and maybe we will now focus 1st on his division than moving up a division after all 2 belts are better looking than just one,

Unfortunately, it was all a lie, Prime energy drink is KSI and Logan Paul's creation which means that they are the new sponsor and the official drink for the UFC, and that contract signing that Logan Paul made was not him fighting inside the Octagon but the Partnership with the UFC as their new sponsor, again we are scammed by Logan Paul great job scam us in the crypto world now scamming us in the UFC, what is next for him,

Well, I had my doubts from the start. Logan Paul isn't so stupid that he would get himself into MMA. Because he knows very well that he might have fought a few exhibition boxing matches. In contrast, stepping into an MMA match is going to be a very different experience. And I think he looks very happy because he knows that getting a deal done with the UFC is going to be very positive for his business.

It was very positive alright but how I wish there will be an exhibition match for the UFC, YouTuber's right but yeah Logan Paul will not take the risk in dealing with that kind of issue and he has a multi-million deal with the UFC so for him and KSI ti pursue a professional field in combat sports is not really needed anymore,

Derrick Lewis VS Serghei Spivac

The stake odds for this fight are 2.85 for Lewis and 1.43 for Spivac, for this fight Derrick Lewis surely has slimmed down but still, his weight hasn't changed and because of that I think that there is an inch that the full power he will gain it, for Spivac, I think he has wrestling but for Derrick Lewis new look I really think that he has new kind of technique, and because of that his speed also already grow, for me, I will go with the underdog Derrick Lewis, the Black Beast,

Da Un Jung VS Devin Clark

The stake odds for this fight are  2.95 for Clark and 1.41 for Un Jung, Devin Clark will have a hard time with Un Jung, but still, Da Un Jung has a great in keeping and checking the distance for a better strike, because when he is used to his opponents distance his devastating strikes can sure make a punch just like what he did to Kennedy Nzechukwu it was a penetrating Elbow, it was nerve racking to see it while Kennedy Nzechukwu was shaken he continue the barrage of elbow while Nzechukwu is guarding high, so my pick is Da Un Jung,

Marcin Tybura VS Blagoy Ivanov

The stake odds for this fight are 1.69 for Tybura and 2.17 for Ivanov, For this fight Blagoy Ivanov got a chin of Granite for Marcin Tybura to penetrate, he surely got a solid chin but for me it is not forever solid for Marcin Tybura to not penetrate when he takedown Ivanov, and pulverize him with a ground and pound so my take is I will go with Marcin Tybura if he can not win via Knock out I think he can win via decision,

I am really doubting Derrick Lewis but why did I still but why did I pick him to win, I guess because of his new Physique he might give us a new Derrick Lewis but it seems that he is still relying on his power, which is not very effective even the heavyweight division most fighters here are now evolving and has some technicality in them that strength can not win alone, and I don't know if Derrick Lewis has learned that, which is I am doubting now and he wants to even set down the division which is many guys there that are very technical he will be very much pulverized in there,

Da Un Jung VS Devin Clark ROUND 3 DECISION - LOST

Pretty much it was a majority win for Devin Clark, and I thought that Da Un Jung can win this he is just too slow for Clark, Pretty much the majority of the judges scored for Devin Clark all judge 30 for Devin Clark and 27 for Da Un Jung it was total domination for Devin Clark, and he can surely probably do it even better and pretty much has a ceiling to fill along the top ranks,

Marcin Tybura VS Blagoy Ivanov ROUND 3 DECISION - WIN

Well pretty Marcin Tybura just still got it inside of him and even though Blagoy Ivanov has a granite chin, the speed, and technicality in Tybura because he knows that Ivanov can surely knock down someone if he was given a chance, and pretty much it was no doubt a majority of the scores goes to Marcin Tybura Ben Cartlidge scored the fight 29 - 28 for Tybura, Junichiro Kamijo scored the fight 30 - 27 for Tybura and David Lethaby with 29 - 28 for Tybura having a unanimous decision win for Marcin Tybura,

Spivac has great skill as he didn't let his opponent get up and there were chances to counter attack, he took every opportunity when his opponent was knocked to the ground and finally he managed to get a neck lock to end the fight, Spivac did it perfectly and deserved the win.

Using the Spivac Judo throw technique. He didn't really lift it off the ground. He took down 5 times. Then he gave up with a very comfortable head-arm lock. Trying to stand up, derrick lewis was stunned when he was knocked down five times. When he put the lock on, Lewis didn't even try to resist as all his energy went into the takedowns. Spivac proved robust. Derick lewis showed very easily, he was already in decline, he had 5 defeats or something.

Yup! I lost a bet aswell this is why I am not often making Parley's because 1 bet lost will surely blow that parley away, and yeah Devin Clark is faster than the Korean guy, Da Un Jung, Man I really thought the Korean guy was slick but Devin Clark is slicker he even got the majority of judges with the score cards,

While Derrick Lewis I really don't know what will await him and I really think that losing weight that we saw him exercising has surely backfired on him because Serghei Spivac have rog dolled him like he doesn't have any weight at all, Serghei Spivac is really fighting technically but Derrick Lewis also lost to Tai Tuivasa that also isn't that technical but a brawler, and he lost it big time, for me another lost for Lewis and I think he needs to call it over,

A brawler like Lewis doesn't really stand a chance against wresting moves of Serghei Spivac have gas out Lewis, and it is really enough to make him grasp for air because Serghei Spivac know the weakness of strikers and surely enough he continues doing this he can even take on the championship aswell, but for Lewis sad to say but maybe this is the end of his career, he surely never change he thinks that brawling and strength was the answer in winning every fight but that is not the answer anymore, or it is not enough,

Checking the odds on the bookies, it's not worth to bet Makhachev in moneyline because the odds is only @1.25. Winning method odds is attractive, if you want to bet Makhachev, bet him win via submission the odds is @2.29. If you want to bet Volkanovski, I think better go with win via decision, the odds is high for @8.20.

The other main cards aren't interesting, I will only watch Makhachev vs Volkanovski in this event.

Pretty much 2 of my picks have won, and I thought that I could get all correctly but it is still OK,

It seems I am correct with this decision and surely Serghei Spivac has gone with the wrestling and takedowns that Derrick Lewis pretty much has his weakness, and Lewis camps didn't care about checking on Spivac, they might be underestimating him that much for Lewis to make preparation because I haven't seen any preparation at all,

Da Un Jung (-235) - LOST
Devin Clark (+195)

Devin Clark has the majority of rounds for him, and he really dominated Da Un Jung getting into the fastest pace on matches he surely obliterated him with fast punches and kicks and also dive in with those takedowns but surely Da Un Jung has a tough chin to bash that is why it ended in a decision win,

Blagoy Ivanov (+120)

Here we go!!! and it is now happening champions vs champion match for me Alexander Volkanovski surely is a great striker and has a decent takedown defense that I think Islam Makhachev would struggle but surely that strength that he showed against Charles Oliveira is legit just like Khamzat Chimaev I think Volkanovski is aware with this but knowing Makhachev that takedown defense he could dominate it when they are near the fence,

Looks like they will gonna once again surprise us with their techniques on how they will gonna beat each other most fans are rooting for Alexander Volkanovski because they think he has all the skills to beat Makachev but things will be different once they face each other inside the octagon.

The fights were on way too late or me, so I only saw a few of them. Missed the main event, but obviously I know what happened. Despite, maybe the results of that main card. I'm kind of disappointed since my bet nearly came in, but because the Kim fight didn't go ahead due to illness, I couldn't cash out as it was suspended the whole time, which was quite annoying.

Anyhow, some good fights from what I saw. Real competitive like I was hoping for, but also some of those fighters were putting massive amounts of volume out there. Anyway, onto the next event. We've got a awesome line up in the next few months.

But Saragih lost, even though I chose him to win. This is because he is from my country, of course I support him. Saragih lost because Ansul continued to force him to fight ground and pound. That's what makes Saragih difficult. The manpower is exhausted to defend. In addition, Jubli also excelled in height, at least it made him more fortunate. Of course, this result made Saragih have to fail to get a contract to compete in the UFC.

This will be a great UFC event, I'm excited about seeing Yair Rodriguez AKA El Pantera and his crazy fight style, not sure if Yair will win but what we can be sure of is that will be an awesome fight.

And about Makhachev fight, I think that will be one of those easy money fights, Makhachev should be an easy win, or as we say, that's a lock. I'm not sure about the winning method, maybe submission we will see.

It's your hard earned money at the end of the day, so of course you'll care. However, if you feel it getting to you, it might be good to have a few weeks off. You don't want to get into that toxic cycle of trying to recoup what you've lost from the last event, as you likely won't. Since, there's always a massive favourite that shuts down your entire bet. Guess, who mine was in Bellator? The biggest favourite there was on that card...

I've tapered off betting as much recently, and only do it to events I'm actually going to watch. There's no point betting on something you can't enjoy that tense feeling that betting brings. Otherwise, you're probably doing it for the wrong reasons. I'm not saying you're tokeweed you've obviously been betting for a good period of time now, so I imagine you're responsible, but I hope it's not getting you down too much.

Bookies are not rooting for Volkaanovski however. Personally, I wanted Volkanovski to win and remain at the top still as he had defended the title before. He just has to avoid the takedown by countering it with his accurate strike or by knee and this will fall as one of the upsets again.

Once Makhachev wins in this weight class, this will be another set of fights for him, another to challenge by the guys in featherweight which will be an opportunity for bettors though.
