I also asked them how new mining farms are supposed to sync a new full node in the case that they will actually have full 1TB blocks: 1 TB per block = 144 TB per day = 1.08 PB per week.

It will literally become insanely expensive (if not impossible) to sync a full node from scratch (and continue to run one).

Moore's Law is cool but what happens in the case where the data exceeds the download speed of the nodes?
How about when the uncapped block sizes result in too much data for the central locations to store?
Oh... high transaction fees will prevent that, is that right? Is that not what the point of large blocks was? To prevent high tx fees?

Perhaps someone should advise the court of this. I distinctly see CSW name on the court documents stating that "the parties" are negotiating a settlement.

So it is just a play of words. Craig may not have been present but  Ayre and his lawyers were not negotiating on his behalf ?


If they were NOT representing Craig - then did they inform the court ?  Were the plaintiffs aware that they were specifically not negotiating with Craig or anyone representing him ?

How does that work with privileged information in the USA ?

That sounds like you've got a "hunch" rather than evidence. BSV doesn't need a premine in order to be a scam, Craig's fraudulent behavior is more than enough. I don't think it's helpful slandering the project like this either, it only helps to weaken the well-referenced scam accusation against this project.
