Well, I wasn't expecting that good of a performance from Netherlands team against West Indies, but anything can happen in cricket. West Indies team is among the strongest team of this qualifier round, and they lost last match against Zimbabwe which is also a very strong team. Today they are losing this match against Netherlands which was really unexpected by many people.  The game was a great one and the both teams have scored equal runs in this match. I was expecting after viewing their performance of the team that the team Netherlands could win this match because the odds were in their favor, but West Indies bowlers did tough bowling in last overs. However, the match was pretty interesting.

And that's why United State lost by such a huge margin. If the United States had batted first, Zimbabwe would not have had to play for such a long time. The game could have ended in just 10-15 overs. Such a match is very boring to watch because there is no excitement in the game without a hard fight

There is no doubt that the Netherlands players played very well. But I was very disappointed with the performance of the West Indies players. The Netherlands batsmen were not very experienced. It was beyond my imagination that West Indies would lose this match after setting a huge target of 375 runs. West Indies could have easily won this match if they had some controlled bowling. But the performance of the West Indies bowlers was very bad. Every batsman from the Netherlands batted well today. Other than Jason Holder of the West Indies squad, no bowler was in control of his bowling.

I will be very happy if West Indies do not qualify for the World Cup. Because West Indies players always take the T20 format more seriously. Their performance in Test and ODI formats is not good. And they are not even trying to do good. They are always busy with T20 matches and various franchise tournaments.

Haven't seen West Indies going that low in international cricket and with this performance even if they qualify for the WC it will be just a participation with no chances of advancement.
