Yesterday it was a very disappointing display from Nepal. They were coming in to this match after winning 14 of their last 15 matches. But Zimbabwe had the home advantage, and most importantly all of their regular players were available for this tournament. Nepal bowling is heavily dependent on Sandeep Lamichhane and he failed yesterday. None of the other bowlers had the capability to contain experienced batsmen such as Craig Ervine and Sean Williams. All the effort put in by the Nepalese batsmen earlier (especially Kushal Bhurtel and Aasif Sheikh) got wasted as a result of poor bowling. Their next match is against the USA. Now it is a must win match for them.

Sandeep Lamichhane scored the most runs in tomorrow's match as Nepal looked very helpless against Zimbabwe yesterday.
Apparently, Zimbabwe have the home ground advantage in Harare.

Despite setting a big target against Zimbabwe yesterday, Nepal could not win in the end. Nepal lost to Zimbabwe by a huge margin of 8 wickets. The target for Zimbabwe was 291 as Zimbabwe had two batsmen score centuries. Two centuries in the same wicket pair in a match of 290 runs and both of those who scored centuries were unbeaten in the end. Zimbabwe got a really great win against Nepal.
West Indies beat USA by 39 runs in another World Cup qualifier yesterday. When West Indies batted first and scored 297 runs and got all out, the USA managed to score 258 runs for seven wickets. Gajanand Singh scored 101(109)* for the USA. Jason Holder was adjudged man of the match in USA vs West Indies match.

Sri Lanka is one of the best teams to play cricket at present. It's not that the UAE bowling performance this season has been too good because the run house is quite a bit higher though. Sri Lanka have managed to collect quite a lot of runs thus if they can collect some more runs then they can collect more than 350 runs. Because the batting performance is very good Sri Lanka's four batsmen scored more than half century which is huge income for the team.

 samarawickrama still has time to score a century as there are still plenty of balls in hand. Almost got close to a century if he can stand the pitch well then definitely has a chance to score a century. Sri Lanka will definitely get a win from UAE as Sri Lanka is the best bowling side too.

The very first match of the World Cup qualifier have surprised the cricket followers. It is expected to be close fight between the two teams, but Zimbabwe have won the match in a much easier way. 290 runs is really good target, but Nepal team bowlers weren't able to have control and break partnership. Ervine and Williams had a good batting session, with their centuries they've made it winning day for Zimbabwe. My next important match is Nepal vs West Indies where we can understand how good Nepal have progressed.

Williams and Ervine delivered an outstanding batting performance for Zimbabwe vs Nepal. Though Nepal scored 290 but 164-run partnership from Williams and Ervine helped their team reach the target so easily and beat Nepal. Despite suffering a loss, Nepal had several positive sides such as 171 first wicket partnership and others. They have good with batting, but they must work on improving their bowling skills. It's important to always stay active for improvement and progress. Anyway, i'm waiting for Nepal's upcoming match against West Indies.

Zimbabwe victory over Nepal was nothing short of remarkable with an impressive performance by Craig Ervine leading the way. His outstanding century of 121 runs not only secured the win but also earned him the well-deserved title of Player of the Match. Partnered with Williams their remarkable 164-run partnership effortlessly propelled Zimbabwe towards their target ultimately triumphing by 8 wickets. While Nepal showcased their strength in batting their bowling skills require further development. Nonetheless they exhibited positive aspects such as a commendable 171-run first-wicket partnership. As we eagerly await Nepal's upcoming match against West Indies, it is crucial for them to remain proactive in their pursuit of improvement and progress

The collection of the Nepal team was good enough but no one found it difficult to understand the deficiency in their bowling. Zimbabwe team is quite experienced team in international cricket. Although they have been trying for a long time, they have not been able to create anything remarkable against any big teams with any big tournament. But in the last few series, they had positivity. It is natural that Nepal will be far behind them in terms of experience. However, the Nepal team has gained a relatively good reputation in cricket in a short period of time.

Sri Lanka and United Arab Emirates will fight in the third match of ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifiers 2023. The Sri Lankan team is almost certain to win here in terms of experience and performance. But since there is no such thing as 100% certainty in cricket, we have to wait until the game is over.

The World Cup Qualifiers are going to start from today in Zimbabwe with ten teams. The ten teams are divided into two groups. Sri Lanka, Ireland, Oman, Scotland and United Arab Emirates are in Group 'B'. Group 'A' includes West Indies, Nepal, Netherlands, USA and Zimbabwe.
Zimbabwe will face Nepal in the first match today. Nepal is currently having a great time in cricket, they qualified for the Asia Cup Qualifiers a few days back and now their mission is to qualify for the World Cup Qualifiers. In today's match, I want to put Zimbabwe slightly ahead. Because the World Cup qualifiers are being held in Zimbabwe, the conditions will be in favor of Zimbabwe.

First match of CWC qualifier between Nepal and Zimbabwe just started at Harare. Zimbabwe decided to field first after winning the toss. Its a big game for Nepal as they for the first time playing CWC. Nepal are haven't cored any run so far in 2 over that are bowled. I would rate Nepal higher then Zimbabwe since they have done good in there recent matches.
The second match is also in progress between USA and WI, it will be very much in WI favour unless USA do some upet.

Things are not looking good for Zimbabwe right now. Nepal is actually performing really well. They have scored 279 at the loss of five wickets. 48 overs have been bowled. It looks like an apple might actually reach 300. This is already a very hard task for Zimbabwe.

I do not think that Zimbabwe will be able to win this match if Nepal does end up reaching 300. Because I trust Nepal to defend 300 with the bowling lineup that they have. But at the same time, it is looking like a good pitch to bat on. So, if Zimbabwe can keep up with the run rate and keep wickets in hand, they might be able to win. but still, it is going to be really hard.

Nepal set a target of 290 runs but Zimbabwe managed to overcome it and Zimbabwe won by 8 wickets it was a very good performance. Only 4 players from Zimbabwe crossed this run target by playing, out of which 2 players Ervine and Williams scored more than 100 runs each.  These two deserve high credit for Zimbabwe's win. Nepal batted very well against Zimbabwe in World Cup Qualifiers. Nepal gave Zimbabwe a target of 290 runs, but Zimbabwe did not have much trouble to score 290 runs. Zimbabwe's opening batsmen were able to win because of their good performances. If they can maintain this game the way they played against Nepal then they can achieve success in the World Cup qualifiers. It was very expected, and also very understandable. How Sri Lanka was able to absolutely dominate the match against UAE. And I knew that UAE did not have any chance against Sri Lanka. Doesn’t matter how bad Sri Lanka is performing. Sri Lanka and West Indies are expected to qualify for the World Cup.

A lot of people had doubts about Sri Lanka and West Indies considering the fact that the performance has not been very consistent. But after this type of performance from Sri Lanka, I will say that if Sri Lanka can continue performing like this, they are not going to have any problems. I don’t know about West Indies though. But they are the favorites with Sri Lanka to qualify.

Oman won this match and i would say it was an upset as Ireland is a much better team and I never heard of Oman cricket team before.  The way they chase 281 runs was remarkable. In the Ireland innings I thought that George Dockrell played a match winning innings of 91 runs but not to be.

Sri Lanka won by a huge margin of 175 runs. And that's the result I expected. Because the Sri Lankan team is in very good form now. The Sri Lankan team had a great performance against Afghanistan in the last series and so right now a team like UAE is a very easy opponent for Sri Lanka. Almost every batsman in Sri Lanka's top order performed responsibly. Warindu Hasaranga bowled brilliantly today. He took 6 wickets for just 24 runs. Hasaranga's brilliant bowling made it easier for Sri Lanka to win.

After having target like this Oman play very good and win their first match of this event against Ireland which was looking favorite for the going into last four even 281 was very good target, but Irish bowling was not as par standard to give any resistance to Oman which is having services of adopted players from Pakistan and India.

Ireland started well but after losing two quick wickets their run was stopped by Oman bowlers at the end we have good knock from George Dockrell who hit 91 from 89 balls as today we have poor display of batting from Harry Tector he used 82 balls for his 52 runs which hurt them badly because here we need 25 to 30 more runs which give good stand to his team.

Oman lost first wicket quickly but after this they have good recovery, captain Zeeshan play well all-round knock for his team and give them good win which now can give them spot into last four as well.

Following the last few matches, I saw that all the experienced teams are winning. In today's match between Sri Lanka and UAE, UAE won the toss and decided to bowl. Sri Lanka on the other hand showed good batting. Due to which Sri Lanka was able to give a big target of 355 runs. But sadly UAE lost there by a big margin. They lost this match against Sri Lanka by 175 runs. However, differences have been found in other matches Ireland vs Oman. Most of the spectators thought that Ireland might win the match but the result is different where Oman won the match by 5 wickets.

And so a target of 282 runs was not enough on such a pitch. Moreover, Ireland's bowling line-up was quite weak. Ireland's batsmen needed to score 320 in this match. Almost every batsman in Oman tried to perform well.
