Right, I thought we could already watched it live at the Big Dome. But I read about it somewhere that they would allow some limited audience to watch it live week after the 1st live game.

There's no announcement regarding that, so it's just a speculation. For sure we can read that in their website if that is true, but for now, let's just enjoy their return and stick with the current set up.

THE Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) Board plans to meet next week to discuss the possible resumption of the Governors' Cup in February under a home-venue-home setup.

League commissioner Willie Marcial confirmed this on Tuesday at the Philippine Sportswriters Association online forum.

"I've talked to (Games and Amusements Board [GAB]) Chairman (Abraham) Mitra last Sunday and they told me they've endorsed a letter to the IATF (Inter-Agency Task Force) to allow us to play in what they called a Type C bubble," Marcial said.

As you can read, it's a bubble set up, they will stay in the venue to ensure that no one will get infected with the virus and that they can finish the conference successfully.

Well, I think @Distinctin was right after all, as I was reading about the PBA's schedule through the internet. I bumped an article published by the same outlet "Manila Times".

The PBA last held its scheduled games on December 26, a double header with fans in attendance, but in the resumption of the season-ending conference, fully vaccinated fans will not be allowed in attendance, for now. But Marcial didn't discount the possibility of allowing fully vaccinated spectators in attendance under a minimum capacity once the Covid-19 cases continue their downward trend.
"Fans have become a big factor for us and the players missed them so much," added Marcial. "But we have to observe the first few weeks if the cases will continue to go down, then we will gradually allow them back at the games."

However, this article was released on January 30, a week after, that said they are welcome to allow the fully vaccinated individuals to participate and watch the live games if ever the cases will continue to go down.

It's not fair that they allow audience in the proclamation rally while they are still strict with the game of basketball in our country hehe.

Dyip -5.5 @1.85 vs Bossing, very risky bet for me because i think that if ever Bossing can secure a win this conference it will be against the DYIP but i just can't push the bet button in favor of Blackwater  .

Live audience should be allowed since the venue us huge and of course social distancing is easy to follow here compare to the proclamation rally that every protocols are being disregarded. Few more days to go and we will see PBA again, this is a good new for everyone.

Unfortunately, TNT (93) was lost against Magnolia (96) earlier, from the beginning Magnolia already dominated TNT but everything changed in 4th quarter, seems Magnolia became confident that's why TNT almost managed to chase the score.

That was an intense rally but KaTropa lacked at the end.

Unfortunately, one of their players again after RR Pogoy's injury, which is Poy Erram, needs to go to the hospital for an MRI check. Hope that everything will be ok as first, we don't want another player to be injured again, and second, TNT needs the service of Poy Erram.

Now that PBA is finally resumed, we want all teams to be healthy by the end of the conference.

I know we all want to see live audience and want to watch the game live, but let’s set aside this for now so we can finally finish this conference without having delay because of health issues. Level alert is now down so it's very possible to see live audiences in a limited sits. PBA needs to adjust to whatever the government

requiring them to follow, the comply with the rules will give them the benefits of continuing this season. Let's hope for the betterment

Exactly, right? It was really unfair because they gave permission in such rallies when it is very clear that there's no social distancing observed. While they restricting PBA games which infact is more safer as only few and limited vaccinated individuals are welcome to see the live games. Good to know that starting this Wednesday, they will start to allow audience to watch the said games.

Currently live now is the game between Hotshots ang Giga, Hotshots take a good early lead, good timing to take the live betting for those who think the TNT will win this game. I know Magnolia is the slight favorite but getting a live bet at this moment will give you good odds for Moneyline.

Same here, i thought that Bossings will end the streak last night but it seems that Suerte and the rest of the Bossings have not found the luck that they needed just yet  . As i've said on my post above, they have a high chance of winning against Dyip that any other team so i think this losing streak of them might continue until they meet Dyip again.
