Will Ginebra be able to defend their title?

Likely. As usual with every conference, they're always at their best and likely to defend their titles and becomes the champ again.

I'm not sure about that, Mikey Williams has been playing terrific basketball, so with him and the import, I guess TNT is still the team to beat this conference. Of course, Brownlee is special but a lot has changed already and I hope Ginebra will find a good opponent that will give them a real challenge.

I also hope so. It's like from time to time every conference they're like that. So with the imports, it will really increase the chance of winning for the other teams.
And that's why some of us are very optimistic with the other teams that have taken a good import. But we'll know about that very soon. What's more important right now for the fans, will the IATF allow it with live audience fans? Any update?

SMB's import is Brandon Brown, based on my research, he already played in the PBA last 2017 but on another team. Not sure how good he is but he is playing under one of the best teams in the PBA, so he will probably get better or will be replaced soon if he will not provide as expected.

This season, I'm very much interested in how imports will battle against each other as I've never seen imports for years already due to covid-19.

I'm sure everyone is excited to watch the opening games.

If you have that nerve to risk your money for the underdog, once you win the odds is very decent.

I'm not sure but there are lots of cases where underdog beat the favorite, the very reason why there's rumors that fixed  games

are present inside this league. I'll be going to watch the game first I'll pass for this 2 games, I want to observe if which team have

2 Years had gone so fast, I'm excited to see how those trades will work out for the Beermen, They will be tested as even TNT won the last All Filipino cup it's mostly SMB get the favorite, If Fajardo will be playing in his good shape the import will be playing more on their offense, I'm not also familiar with Brandon Brown hopefully he's fit with the way coach Leo set up his game play.

If Brown is a good scorer, it will be harder for any team to play defense as most SMB stars are scorers.

The defense will collapse with both Romeo and Perez attacking, adding to that is the import whether he's a good shooter or an inside

Of course, they are the favorites to win but @goinmerry is right, SMB is still a strong team, they have enough guys on the roster to play good defense especially Fajardo who can convert the paint and Moh with his strength to dominate inside. In terms of scorers, SMB has a lot to pull, Romeo and CJ alone could already provide good numbers.

When All-Filipino Cup resumes last time, I think Terrafirma got the better record on all teams. I hope Terrafirma will not enter into an agreement between SMC and MVP teams giving up their best players then in return, they will state in the news that the trade was fair.

IIRC, the worst record was owned by Blackwater as they are winless last conference and I guess it's followed by Terrafirma. These two teams are really the worst in the PBA, they only improve during the conference where they have an import, so I believe they will be competitive this new conference as long as their import will contribute base on our expectation.

Trade cost a lot of money on any teams so Terrafirma might do that if they are not serious on having a title on basketball but if they want to have a great experience with that great players I’m pretty sure they wont enter into such trade. There’s a lot of team to watch for but hopefully those team that placed last can have a chance to at least go on a higher ranking, let’s all see that.

Exactly,  they have locals who are good scorers, their defense is also superb. I guess their import has to know the team very well so he would trust his teammates to produce, sometimes imports do struggle as well and if they didn't trust their teammates, that would result in a bad game. I remember years back that there's an import in the PBA that are not playing well, the coach has no choice but to sit him while he allowed the locals to play and they won.

Hopefully that it will retain to zero since other countries have been already detecting their first cases. In our country, many were fully vaccinated and have taken the first shots and boosters.
It has helped to mitigate the contraction to other people that have also the virus. It's actually good that the IATF was already loosening the other restrictions and this is in favor of all of us and as well as PBA management.
