Who's to blame that PBA is not balanced? Is it because of the dominance of SMC teams? MVP teams? I do not agree with that.

The problem is, that other teams are not even doing their best to become better teams. It's because of the inability to provide competitive salaries. CJ Perez, Terence Romeo, Matt-Ganuellas Rosser, Christian Standhardinger any other players that come from the bottom team, find good salaries at SMC or MVP teams. We can't blame these companies if they afford to offer a good contract to these players.

Players are for career enhancement. "PUSO" and loyalty are not applicable to most players as the goal is to make money out of their profession as that also serves as their source of income. Not all the time they can play basketball so as much as possible if there's an offer coming from big companies, they will consider accepting it right away.

They are a legit team this season, beating the Merlco Bolts is not easy but they were able to do it. Their ranking is good now, maybe they will get the twice to beat advantage once the elimination will start, and I'm sure right now the organization are already happy with what Blackwater has already achieve.

The 2nd game is getting entertaining to watch, I though that this game would be boring because Phoenix struggle big time to score in the 1st quarter, but now we are already in the 3rd quarter and the game is very close already, in fact, I think Phoenix has a good chance of winning the game because they have the momentum here.

Other players, they based on the practical life and this is what happens for example if a good player drafted in pba there's no choice at but to play in what team they draft but if some or other team saw a potential of that specific player for sure they want to convince that player to play with them so they offer a good amount of money, then that player has a practical thinking for sure they are willing to play with the new team who offer him a big amount rather than his old team offer a small one. And that's what life goes on.

Like what kind of revamp? Top teams like SMC and MVP are complying with the trade rules.

The Commissioner has the right to approve a trade but if the negotiation between teams and players both agreed, they can't just void the trade since what if the player really likes to accept the offer. Maybe the revamp should be to make everything balanced, involve a trade between players that really makes sense to trade, and not they will say it's fair.

For example, the time SMB got CJ Perez. I think at that time, SMB traded away some of their players that were not even used much and the PBA still called it a fair trade. That's where the influence of these top teams happened.

Talking about the balance in the league, it might not happen now and we won't be able to see the glory days when almost all teams are competitive. I know teams on the bottom tier can also give a good contract but what's the sense of spending too much on their teams if only a few good talents are available.

It's not about teams who have the ability to give contracts but how many players in the league are doing competitive performance currently? That's the reason why most of these players are in top companies. If only there are lots of rising stars in the league, more talents will be spread out like the classic days when even top teams can't just sign good players as there are lots of talents around.

The only time we can see these mid to low-tier teams competing in the Semis or Finals is during Governors Cup and Commissioners Cup. I hope some mid-tier teams can sign an import with the likes of KJ McDaniels who was able to lift a mid-term team last conference. Unfortunately, personal problems occur and we never see his team where would they supposed to end up at the last conference.

It's because they see the politics and there's no balance anymore. The problem is with the commissioners that still believe that they're on the right path in doing things and business. The good thing here is that PBA is already established but once another league emerges and most fans are already there and players transferring there, they know that it's like a sinking boat already.

I see more winning games for TNT especially when coach Chot allows Williams to take charge, something that reminds me on how Alapag allows Castro to lead even he and De Ocampo are still playing they let Castro bring his game to the hype and lead the team in terms of offensive attacks.

Honestly, right now, I see him as the best player in the PBA. Fajardo is not anymore on his prime IMO so I think it's already Mikey Williams who is the best player in the PBA and TNT are so lucky having him.

This is probably the best offensive game of JMF since he scored 21 points in this game, and has a very decent shooting percentage with 9-11.

I was not able to put my bet on that game, but if I would, I'd certainly bet on the SMB to win. That's a big win by the SMB, scores are tied after the 3rd quarter but SMB outscored the NP by 16 points in the 4th with a 40-24 score.
