Barcelona and Real madrid are the two top clubs which until now have been a little difficult to compete with other clubs and I say that Atletico madrid is not bad and when compared to the two top clubs it is very much different because of the very far performance.
But at least Atletico Madrid can still give the best for their fans to fight for champions league tickets even though it's a little difficult to fight there because there will be several big, very strong clubs and Atletico must fight and try in their own way.

Even though Atletico Madrid are not the favorite team in La Liga, but I have seen them really able to make La Liga competition better. If Atletico Madrid is too weak, then La Liga becomes very boring due to the dominance of Real Madrid and Barcelona. We have had Atletico Madrid win titles with Diego Simeone in recent seasons, but many times they are just Champions League contenders instead of winning titles.

If all La Liga teams could have a lot of budget to build a quality team, then this league rating would be better. The Premier League is better because of the financial condition of its teams, while La Liga, Ligue 1, Bundesliga and Serie A are not any better than them.

Yes, I agree with you. For me, even though Atletico Madrid is not the favorite team to win Laliga, every season puts pressure on Real Madrid and Barcelona, even in the Champions League. And this is very natural if Atletico Madrid find it difficult to compete with Real Madrid and Barcelona because they like to sell star players, but what's great is that Atletico Madrid remains club-oriented, still looking for titles. This is very different from most other clubs, they often sell players only thinking about money but cannot compete in terms of winning trophies.

If I look at Atletico Madrid where the great strikers shine and it is appropriate that in my opinion it is called a great team. Comparing Real Madrid and Barcelona to other teams in La Liga is silly. Other La Liga teams probably don't spend half as much money as Barcelona and Real Madrid spend on building their squads. And so we cannot compare Barcelona with Atletico Madrid. Atlético Madrid tries to build a stable squad with less money. And I would say they are quite successful. The team has managed to finish in the top four of the points table in every season. We see quite a few good performances from Atletico Madrid every season.

PSG president doesn't want Mbappe to leave psg next season freely, so psg president gave mbepp 14 days to choose to extend his contract for more years or leave PSG now. well, i'm posting this in this thread because rumors have constantly appeared linking mbappe to real madrid and with the departure of benzema real madrid had to hire joselu to replace benzema, i don't want to underestimate joselu but in my opinion this would be a excellent opportunity for real madrid to buy mbappe and with that they would already have a very well prepared team to compete with barcelona next season

I have been following the recent news related to the young and promising Turkish player Arda Guler recently. He is such an impressive talent at this very young age that he has been monitored by even huge teams like Barcelona and Real Madrid these days. Firstly Barcelona wanted to sign him and they were close to an agreement. However Barcelona wanted to loan him right away and he didn't have such intention. After hearing about this Real Madrid intervened the race quickly and finished the deal.

Normally his release clause is 17.5 million euros but the details of the deal go up to 30 million with add-ons. Real Madrid must be really satisfied to sign a talent like him for a very cheap price.

Yes indeed, in my personal judgment also that Atletico will never be able to get a big chance to win the La Liga title. Although for example Atletico can win the La Liga title, and maybe I will conclude that Real Madrid and Barcelona are experiencing a decline in performance in that season. Maybe this kind of judgment can be attributed to underestimating Atletico, but I don't care because it seems to be the reality. So yes, no matter how much effort Atletico put into building a team in the off-season like this, but in the end Atletico will still find it difficult to be the strongest team throughout the season in La Liga. But apart from this assessment, basically I don't hate Atletico because I like the style of play adopted by Diego Simeone who has strong characteristics in every match.

An important factor for this is that I think there needs to be some conditions where a change of coach might have to happen.
Even though Simeone is also one of the coaches who is quite good in La Liga but when talking about his career at Atletico it's been a very long time and I think there must be some changes to change some of the schemes that are carried out.
Simeone's schemes are always the same almost every season and of course the longer this goes on the more it will be read by other clubs because the pattern will not be much different.
His best season is also over for now after they won La Liga a few years ago but after that their performance was stagnant even though they could be in the top 3 again and again but when talking about the title race they still seem to be very difficult to do that.

Valverde is of players who were bought as future preparation for Real Madrid. In last several seasons, he is one of most fastest growing players together with two Brazilian players Vinicius and Rodrygo. Real Madrid will not sell Valverde when they need him and both are happy with each other. Valverde did not say any word that he is not happy in Madrid and want to leave the club.

The offer from Liverpool is not big enough to bring Valverde out of Bernabeu too. Real Madrid is not a club that is ready to sell their star players when they are young and usable for the club. Especially with Valverde, we know he is happy with his club, not like Nikolas Anelka in the past.

Valverde is an important player for Real Madrid, I am even surprised to hear his name being mentioned as a target for Liverpool this summer because Real Madrid never indicated a possible sale of Valverde this summer, I believe he is part of the club’s plan for the future and if Liverpool are serious about signing him this summer, it will definitely cost them a huge fee to make it happen.

Big news for Spanish La Liga as Carlo Ancelloti has signed a pre contract to head the Brazil national team right from June 2024 (The end of next season). These signing means that Real Madrid has at least 10 months to find a quality manager to coach their young squad who has lots of potentials too.

Atletico Madrid have made the Griezmann signing permanent by paying 20 million euros. I think the fee is quite favourable when we think of his age as well. His contribution to the team in this season of the La Liga was really mesmerizing - 15 goals, 17 assists in 38 matches. He is a really beneficial experienced player so I think they have done the right thing.

There is a really interesting situation at Atletico Madrid now after the returnees. There are 2 second strikers and 3 centre-forwards in the squad now. Because Felix and Cunha have returned to the team this summer. First I thought that Simeone didn't have plans for Felix in his game plan anymore. But after that they decided to not loan him to Chelsea again.

Morata's contribution was with 13 goals this season. It can be counted as decent when we think Simeone uses a formation with 2 centre-forwards mostly. But I still hope to see a nice rivalry between Morata and Felix.  

But they don't have a top striker like Diego Costa used to be in the past or Griezmann as well before he went to Barcelona, where his performance dropped dramatically.

I still don't understand why it didn't work out that well in Barcelona because he was a top striker in my opinion. He didn't need a lot of chances and when he was in front of the goal alone, it was a goal for Atletico. He lost this confidence when he switched the teams and he also wasn't quite the same when he came back to Atletico. Now at 32 he could have left maybe one or two seasons on a top level, but he also looks like he is less motivated than he was like six or seven years ago.

It seems that spending money to buy a star player is not their style in every transfer exchange. Diego Simeone released more star players than buying it, let's say Griezmann who was released to Barcelona even though Barca was their own competitor in La Liga and then bought it back from Barca after the price dropped. Seeing Atletico's style on the Tranfer Exchange is almost similar to the style of one of the Bundesliga Borussia Dortmund clubs who like to sell players to rival clubs Munchen.

For Atletico Madrid, it's not like they don't like to, or want to sing big players, it's just that they can't afford them.
The regulations of La Liga are too strict that's why clubs from the league find it difficult to sign players. 
You can see mid-table teams in the EPL making big money signings but teams in La Liga can't do it. Barcelona is even barely managing because they are a big club and players are willing to take a pay cut to play there. Somehow Madrid is the only La Liga team not too affected by the regulations.

Spanish teams sell their big players because they can't afford to pay them and secondly, because they need the money.
The current La Liga president is shocking the teams and I wonder how he doesn't see it. He even refused to pay just 3 million euros for goal-line technology. The league has deteriorated under his leadership.
The presidential elections are in December, I hope he loses and the league get a better person to manage the affairs of the league.

In my opinion, i think Real Madrid and Florentino Perez are playing a financial politics with the Mbappe deal. Why do i say so? Mbappe has a year left on his contract; which means he can agree a free transfer deal off to Real Madrid in January 2024, with bumper sign on fees and other benefits. Real Madrid is probably weighing their options at the moment, Sign Mbappe now for 180-200 M or wait until he becomes a free player and sign a prenup in January.

Its a tight call, and i think Real Madrid is also playing mind games, signing Joselu and then declaring that no more striker signings haha. Lets see what happens until September 1, when transfer window closes

If Real Madrid had that scenario to sign Mbappe then I'm sure they wouldn't be able to sign the deal. However, it is perfectly reasonable that PSG would expect any profit for their starlet Kylian Mbappe, so they would not be so reckless as to let him leave without any benefit for the club.

Florentino Pérez can plan anything, but in the end the decision will be made about Kylian Mbappe. I don't think it's appropriate for PSG to let Mbappe go on a free transfer, it's something very ridiculous for them when other teams can make big profits for their star players.

If they want to have some benefit by selling Mbappé, I suggest they think about selling him right now. Otherwise, they are going to have to let him go as a free agent. That is not going to be ideal for the club. As we all know that they can at least get 150 million for him right now. I saw if he actually leaves the club as a free agent. Diego Simeone is surely a good coach who will always keep bringing the team to its peak!!! but they need to bring in good players that suit the needs of the team and fits in to the coach's style of play!! The Team really needs to back the coach with funds which has not been happening, they surely have been too silent this transfer season which will never make them be able to compete with Barca and Real

Then regarding Felix, I just realized that Joao Felix is quite expensive. I didn't expect that at such a price he was loaned to Chelsea half this season. That shouldn't be the case with the most expensive price tag at Atletico. But indeed I had seen on social media that Felix did not have a good relationship with Diego Simeone. But Atletico seems reluctant to let him go, because his manpower is still very useful.

Maybe Atletico Madrid are really the third biggest club in the La Liga. But still it is the truth that they have been experiencing serious difficulties in being competitive for the title. Because they just can't make a good start to a season and their inconsistent look persists for a long time. Meanwhile Barcelona or Real Madrid are already capturing the lead and gaining a huge advantage there. We don't have the same old competitive Atletico Madrid anymore.

Arda Guler is quite a talent and he just needs time to show his skills. Well, Real Madrid's success in recruiting is quite good because they got a player who is quite young because Arda Guler is 18 years old. In recruiting Arda Guler, Real Madrid got competitors from rivals Barcelona because Barcelona were also very interested in getting Arda Guler and in the end, Real Madrid managed to secure Arda Guler signature.

Of course maybe Real madrid will loan him again to fenerbahce for next season in order to be able to develop his qualities to be even better before he will actually be included in the Real Madrid first team. But we'll see maybe ancelotti will call him sooner and it could happen.
