It looks like Atletico Madrid don't intend to make a sensational transfer in this transfer window. They have just brought Azpilicueta to increase the number of alternatives for right-back position. In addition to that they have made the Griezmann deal permanent for 20 million euros also. The only rumour I see now is Theo Hernandez.

They are continuing to invest in their defense line mostly. I'm not surprised with that because defending has a very big share in Simeone's game plan for years. He will need to deal with having too many strikers in the squad also. 1 or 2 of them can be loaned to decent teams again maybe.

I think next season won't be so different than the last one for Atletico Madrid. They don't aim to make big changes now.

Madrid does not have the fire in themselves anymore. It feels like they do not want to actually win anything. That's why they are not making any approach towards anything. If they were actually serious and started making moves in the transfer market and trying to get better players in the squad. But they are not targeting any big players as of now. If they do not bring better players into the squad obviously not going to perform better.

I actually agree with you that that might be performing, just like the date in the last season. If they do not start spending money, they are going to be miserable. Investing in defense again and again is probably not the best idea. Or maybe they need a change of manager.

It will be favourable to Atletico Madrid, if they will be able to sign Azpilicueta in this summer because he is a young and talented player and he will help the team to improve next season if the coach can give him more opportunity to display, because Chelsea formal coach did not allow him to play full match sometimes. I believe, inter Milan have many players they are targeting in this summer, which they are very close to make them official to the team, but the amount of money that is involved is making them to take time to think over it. In fact, Azpilicueta has signed a contract at Atletico Madrid for one season only, of course Atletico Madrid got him for free from Chelsea. But at least i was a little surprised by this transaction, because in the transfer window last season it seemed that the rumors about Azpilicueta were to Barcelona but what happened was Azpilicueta to Atletico Madrid. But yes, i think it's normal that Atletico Madrid signed him for only one season because Azpilicueta's age is also already at 33 years, or maybe there is an extension option later.

Madrid needs to pay around €200m or even more to get mbappe from PSG. LFC needs also to pay at least €200m to get mbappe from PSG. That being said that the only club from EPL that can afford him.
I doubt real madrid has that amounts of money. PSG is not let him leaving from the club with free agent. PSG is now threatening mbappe. It's caused by PSG knew if the club may suffer huge loss if the club is not selling him as soon as possible.

Jonathan David has started to be rumoured with Real Madrid recently. He is a really young and talented centre-forward. His performance at Lille this season was really impressive with 24 goals in 37 matches in the Ligue 1. His market value is 60 million euros though and Real Madrid might have to spend quite a big amount of money.

Because I don't think Lille would like to let go of him for a cheap price. But do Real Madrid really want him now? Because it looks like there is still a possibility for signing Mbappe this summer. They are still waiting patiently before making a transfer for the centre-forward position.

Barcelona were also ready to sign him but after hearing about the conditions Arda didn't want to choose them over Real Madrid. Because Barcelona were intending to bring him by the summer of 2024. But what Arda wanted was to leave Fenerbahce this summer. The chairman Ali Koc said that he talked to Arda about staying for one more season but he said that Arda was clear about not staying any longer. Also, I won’t be surprised if Real Madrid lose more matches and thus I would advise people to not wager on them unless you see them perform really well.

For La Liga title candidates, it seems to be only about those two clubs, Real Madrid and Barcelona. So yes, it's no wonder that Sevilla is better in the Europa League because it seems like, even though Sevilla in La Liga has a target to be able to finish above Atletico as well, I think it's still a tough task for Sevilla. But indeed, even then we cannot underestimate Sevilla at all in La Liga, because sometimes Sevilla is also able to have good performance and match results in some moments. Thus then at least, when you bet of course you also have to be able to adjust to the situation and conditions, at least we also cannot always choose the club that is always favored also to bet.
