They are doing a more sustainable player transfer strategy which potentially can help them to improve their squad with young players who can contribute for them in long future.

I did not know about Roque but if Barcelona chose him, hope that he is talented enough and can fit well into their squad with core tactics tiki taka. Last 5 years, Barcelona failed in many costly transfers.

Real Madrid is about to enter the period where they could technically sign Mbappe. That means PSG will have a player that they know will leave, not sure if they will even play him, maybe they will just send him to B squad and just make him train there and not use him.
