Barcelona needs to rebuild under Xavi no matter what and this is what they are trying to achieve by signing Leva and a few others even if they are doing it under a certain budget and rules. Also , reconstruction under Xavi won't be ready in 1 or 2 years but I do believe that once he manages to make a proper 11 for the team and make them constantly play for 1-2 years with each others , we might see Barca Tiki-Taka 2.0 and I think all the planet wants to see that magic once more even if personally I'm not a Barca fan.

It's only a short time before La Liga starts. Even though Barça makes good transfers, I still think Real Madrid is ahead. I think the side with a high chance of championship will be the Madrid team. Barça will strive for the championship and this year will be the year of harmony between the players. I'm sure we will watch a stronger Barça next year when the team chemistry is established.

yes it's true, Real Madrid was the best team in Europe last season so I don't think there is a need for serious improvement in their squad while Barcelona is a team that currently lags behind their rivals Real Madrid so it's only natural that they fix their squad to improve further to be able to keep up Real Madrid in the title race next season.

Absolutely! There is no doubt that Real Madrid is still being the head of the table in LaLiga and I think this year it won't change anything regarding this. Real will most likely win LaLiga again and I think this time it won't be so easy as Barca will be there on top to fight with them but Real has better player , a way stronger bench than Barca and a great morale for start of the season.

Xavi Hernadez as the main coach of Barcelona was denied entry to America.

I think it's too early to decide who will finish first, because even  the first La Liga matchs hasn't started yet. If look at the 2019-20 season real madrid are in a not bad form they lead the top of the table with a good game in my opinion, but when the 2020-21 season start Atletico Madrid turned into a scary club, they even overtook real madrid at the end of the season with finished first in the La Liga standings. And for next season, I will not underestimate some clubs like Atletico Madrid, because it is not impossible that they will win back the Real Madrid title next season.

It is early to assume such thing actually but it is a fact that Real Madrid still seem the strongest team of the league. Barcelona are facing an interesting situation in the league also. It is claimed that Barcelona won't be able to register some of the new players. I don't know if Lewandowski is included also. If he is not then they would still get much stronger for next season. Otherwise Real Madrid would most likely have another championship at the end. Barcelona's performance after Xavi has been great so I expect them to compete as hard as possible.
