The rumours about Barcelona to go for Kounde one last time still exist. Barcelona are expected to make an offer like €65m for him to have a better offer than Chelsea. However I still have doubts about this because I don't believe that Barcelona still have that much money to spend easily for a transfer. We would learn about this in detail soon I guess. One thing I'm confident about now is that Chelsea are much more likely to sign him rather than Barcelona.

As for Frankie De Jong playing as a center back would be a nightmare for him, I find it embarrassing from Barcelona. But since it's for the club ans badge, De Jong would gracefully stay back to play for Barcelona. Playing off position ahead of the world Cup would be no good news for the Dutch national team.

I am happy with the result of this match even though it is thin. this is a prestigious match of the rivalry of the two clubs even in a friendly match. 
I am happy that Lewandowski can play well in his new squad as well as Raphinha who scored a spectacular goal, this is a great start for Xavi Hernandez's squad and they can prove it again later in La Liga and the Champions League.

Statistically the whole game was dominated by Madrid but in terms of shots on target Barcelona were superior, maybe the match would be very interesting again if Benzema came into play in this friendly match.

I applaud the management, the coach and the team in charge of the transfers for Barcelona for beating all odds, they did a good job bringing these top talented players to the team. Though it was a friendly game against Real madrid but the team showed good character and team work in the game. Xavi will be so happy with the way hos team performed and this shows how much they want to succeed and win trophies in the coming season.

Truthfully, I don't expect Sevilla to sell Kounde to them while Chelsea are offering more. Barcelona had better stop spending this much money too so I hope that Chelsea can finish this deal successfully. Barcelona need to learn to save some money to pay their debts. Otherwise their financial condition would be even worse later.

Well, that's a friendly game and Real Madrid didn't put all its force on it. There was some attempts from both teams and Barcelona was more threatening. A mistake let Raphinha score the only goal of the game and such thing should be avoided in the real El classico.

They only conceded one goal in three friendlies and that was a penalty. Defense didn't make any error that led to a goal. It was pretty solid against Real Madrid. Alba - Garcia - Christensen - Araujo look ideal defensive line. There is also Pique and Dest. One more stopper transfer would be great. I don't see any problem in Barca's defense. They should really focus on scoring goals in every game so that way they can win every match. Concede a goal? Score two, good old Barca. They have a lot of talented forwards so this shouldn't be a problem at all.

However, I am sure that it was a hugely important game for Xavi and I am sure that a lot of stress has come off him because of this result. It's hilarious from Barcelona view they are still insisting about this because now they are surely feeling some trouble in their financial department, and I was reading on few sites Sevilla is already settled all things with Chelsea about this transfer, and they have first won against Barcelona after losing two transfer deals badly just because of Barcelona but if they are going ahead with this then surely it's not good for them because they have to recheck about their all weakens before jumping into these cases and with player those are on offloading list are not going anywhere just because of their high prices or having few contract issues which are created by Barcelona its not good going to happen for Barcelona and their next season.

Sure, Barcelona will offer smaller transfer fees and smaller salary. After spending a lot of money for some top players, they may have no much money to pay higher for Kounde. I am optimistic that Chelsea finally will sign Kounde successfully, Kounde and Sevilla management have no reason to refuse it. Especially after getting a personal agreement with Kounde and getting a deal for transfer fees. The transfer status should be almost done (completed). Both Chelsea and Sevilla probably announce it in the next few days.

It was a nice friendly match, the players will just get used to playing together. I haven't seen that both teams are ready enough yet, in a few weeks they will start to play better.
