Using last head to head to judge the game won't work in my opinion. Recent form has shown improvement for Girona and they have better chances of winning even if they play away from home.

If we use the head to head results in the last season, I agree that it seems no longer accurate. There are already some changes, Girona has improved very significantly in this season. With the current performance of Girona, it is likely easy to beat Osasuna although the match will be held in Osasuna home. So far, Girona only got 1 defeat, it was in matchday 8, against Real Madrid. They have no problem with other teams, Real Madrid is the only team that can defeat Girona. 

Girona are really something else this season,having this kind of result so far in a tight season like this is not easy.The encounter against Osasuna is really going to be a big test for them because according to their past records,Osasuna have won more, especially the ones they played few years ago,but I think those records might end in this encounter because Girona are really in a great form that it becomes very hard now for them to lose.I really love the unity and team spirit in the team,and that is what is driving them towards getting good  results.They are aiming to be in the top four this season,and I think it can be possible if they continue being consistent and playing the way they are playing.

If I'm not wrong Girona was not a strong team before and they were usually in the middle side of the table while other teams like Real Madrid and Barcelona or maybe even Atletico Madrid got usually a higher chance to be in the top side of the La Liga, now in this season, La Liga got another top competitor and it seems we should wait to see Girona fighting for the first place of the table until the end of this season.

No one can play that position better than him because he is a versatile player and can fit in any of those places. I was not expecting to see this result for Atlético Madrid in this match because considering the performance we saw from this team in the past, they could have a much better performance in this match and Atlético Madrid is a team they hardly needed this point against Las Palmas.

I can't say I'm disappointed with Atletico Madrid for suffering defeat tonight against Las Palmas because as a top team, there games which you're expected to win but end up losing the game at the end of the day.
That being said, I think Atletico Madrid should've done better tonight knowing fully well that the battle for who wins the Spanish La Liga title this season has gathered a lot of momentum and is definitely gonna be very strong. Diego Simeone men I think are still very much in the race and can still bounce back to winning ways again.
