Girona look like they will be able to successfully set the record this season of either winning the La Liga or qualification for the Champions league like Napoli did in the Serie A, with how well they are playing and keeping the pressure on big teams like Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid. They developed into the demands of the game because Osasuna is not an easy team and they were finally able to finish the game with four goals after a very close contest for dominance. Real Madrid will welcome Rayo Vallecano in a must win game.

I don't think Girona is capable of becoming the champions this season, they are doing good but then i still think qualifying for the champions league is more fusible for them than becoming the champions of the laliga this season there are tougher contenders.

We have the likes of Real Madrid who are currently at the top of the table already then Barcelona and other Atletico Madrid as you rightly mentioned but specifically Barcelona and Real Madrid this season are really aiming at the league tittle with their performance which are at their best Giron may only join in the race but wouldn't be consistent enough at the long run but they can be sure to qualify for the UCL next season if they stay within the to four range on the table.

Girona is 3 points ahead of Real Madrid after they won Osasuna 4-2 today. They are very strong this season but no one know how long that they will continue with this their brilliant performance. I t is clear now that they are topping the table but if Real Madrid wins their match tomorrow then Real Madri will go back to the first position.

Barcelona needs six points to meet up with Girona who is on top of the table. I believe that Real Madrid is the favourite to win this league as I sell that Barcelona is not putting in their best performance like a club who is ready to go in competition for the trophy. The league is still open but this time it is more competitive as we have Girona currently among the strong team in laliga and they are on top of the table for now.

The match ended and it was a complete surprise because I still felt that Atletico could get 3 points in this match but the result was beyond my expectation.
It's really bad that they needed the 3 points to close the gap with Madrid and Girona and distance themselves from Barcelona but with them now losing to Las Palmas they seem to have to wait and improve.
Honestly this is a good opportunity actually because this is a match that can be utilized because Atletico has one match remaining but with an end like this they seem to be willing to still have a 3 point gap from Madrid and Girona.

Yes, it was really a surprise that Las Palmas defeated Atletico Madrid and gained the full three, but as for me, it was not much of a surprise to me because I said in my last comment that anything can happen when one member predicted that Atletico Madrid will surely win because even in their past meetings, Atletico Madrid has always been winning, but I let the person know that Las Palmas is really playing strongly when it turns to their home game  especially this season and let them know that out of five home matches they played, it was one match last Palmas lost, but when it turns to their home game, they always try to win or draw. So even though I know that Atletico is the favorite team to win according to their statistics, I still not believe much about what will likely happen in the match. And finally, Las Palmas was able to defeat Atletico Madrid.

Las Palmas is a promoted club this season so there are still some clubs who are not too aware of their performance because they have never done a match before (in the last few seasons) so it must be difficult to analyze when rarely meeting a new club but still this is out of control because however we certainly know with Atletico's condition this is clearly a fatal mistake for them even though the season is still very long but their defeat in this match indirectly disrupts their electability in consistent problems which makes this unfortunate even though it is true that for 90-minute matches winning and losing is a thing that must happen regardless of their probability.

Now we watch Barcelona take on Sociedad. Quite an interesting match actually because looking at the situation Barcelona is now not better in this first half even if we look at the statistics I think Sociedad is still superior in this first half.

Exactly, if I chose one of them, I would personally prefer Mbappe for several reasons. And whether this will actually happen or not in the next transfer season. I was watching the Girona game just now and I’m impressed. They’re top of the table and playing some beautiful football while at it. Hope they’re able to sustain it. They’re three points clear at the top as we speak. I think their style of play is beautiful, they deserve where they are. This club is going to go far this season, if Real Madrid or Barcelona doesn't win the league then I'm backing Girona to do it. There’s something about them that I like. They’re Putting pressure on Real Madrid, and it’s not just a narrow win but they score lots of goals too.

They're still very good at what they do and that's obviously a very good thing and I like their consistency in these 12 weeks.
The score was quite lopsided in this match and with their 3 points now of course they have the right to temporarily shift Madrid because Madrid still hasn't played.

This was unexpected again because I actually thought that their consistency would falter after their first defeat but instead they are still playing very well until now.

In the other hand, the defeat of Atletico Madrid was unexpected even if they were playing an away game.. The table was about to look different if Barcelona got the draw against Real Sociedad but they managed to win in extra time. It was an opportunity for Girona and Real Madrid to run by 6 points difference especially with the draw of Atletico Madrid.

Real Betis won the game against Majorca with a 2-0 result and the performance of Isco was fascinating in this match.

Ter Stegan winning the man of the match is deserved but if it were left to me I'll give it to Gundugan. He was the only Barcelona midfielder that was impressive. He did lose some balls but he was the only one doing something right.
This game became tough on Barcelona because of Xavi. First of all, he shouldn't have started the game with 5 defenders, using Cancelo as a wing-back. It was unnecessary. I know he's still experimenting but he shouldn't have done that.
Secondly, why was Barcelona playing so many long balls? Why couldn't they play short and progressive passes like they always do?

I feel sorry for Real Sociedad. They don't deserve to lose this game. They should have gotten at least a draw. The problem is they didn't have a natural striker and as good as Oyazabel was, he's not a natural striker.

Today match was quite balanced with Real Sociedad providing strong resistance to Barcelona in this match. Moreover, Sociedad played better in the first half, but in the second half, precisely in the final minutes, they were unable to withstand the pressure put on by Barcelona which allowed Barcelona to score a goal in the final minutes of the match. Victory with a narrow score is certainly an assessment that this match was quite tough for both team and I also appreciated Barcelona performance because they managed to come back to winning ways after losing in the previous match.

For the time being, Barcelona is still in 3rd place in the standing and is 4 points adrift of Girona who is at the top of the standing. Meanwhile, Girona is also very consistent in maintaining their winning trend, where Osasuna has to admit that Girona is really a strong team this season. Barcelona traveled back to Camp Nou with three points achievable at anoeta stadium. It was a fair game but the pressure was pretty much for the home side to handle, there was presence of suspense actions which was declined by the visitors due to their balanced force of handling any opposition they encountered.
