You're right, the game so far hasn't been very attractive although I think Barcelona have had some good chances to score. However, Barcelona really had to pay a heavy price in this match because during the first half their two best midfielders De Jong and Pedri had to suffer injuries. Of course this is a big loss for Barcelona who will face Napoli in the second leg of the Champions League, but the most important thing today is that they have to win their away game after Real Madrid and Girona dropped points.

After a really debatable decision at the end of the Valencia - Real Madrid match I was wondering if Girona would manage to benefit from this situation. But they also lost against Mallorca by 1-0 today.    Winning this game would have helped Girona drop the gap to only 4 points. It would have still been difficult to become champions of course.

Girona wanted to close some points gap but they were unable to do that because they are not lucky today maybe because they are plying away from home or due to fatigue.
I wasn’t expecting a massive win before the beginning of the match because I know their statistics especially when Mallorca is playing Girona at home, but I expect a draw or a win from Girona because of their form this season, yet they lost the match. At this point, I am giving Real Madrid my hope of winning the Laliga title this season, but I am optimistic that Girona will qualify to Champions League next season.

I think, Valencia Played well more than Real Madrid in this match because they were able to scored the first goal at 27 minutes in the first half and their strength didn't drop down and they still scored second goal at 30 minutes to lead Real Madrid 2-0, and Real Madrid struggle to scored one goal before the end of the first half. Despite Real Madrid equalized the goals at  76 minutes before they started playing defending game to stop Valencia not to win the match and they made the match to ended up 2-2 to share the points. I don't think, the red card that made Real Madrid not to win the match because from the beginning of the match Valencia took a good domination till the end of the match to make their coach feel good.

The red card had no effect on the match because Bellingham received it in the 99th minute of the match, and it was the end of the match. The game was equal, it’s hard for me to say that any of the teams had the advantage, after the second goal Real clearly wanted to take advantage of the psychological advantage and win this match, but Valencia was able to hold them back. Overall a very good match, Valencia deserved this draw and Real Madrid are still top of the table.
