[DOTA 2] ESL One Los Angeles 2020 - Online: Europe & CIS is entering day 11. We will watch the 6th round in the group A, as VirtusPro is firmly holding their 1st place without a match lost. Let’s analyse all upcoming Tuesday matches.

Gambit - Cyber Legacy: Cyber Legacy 1.5, 1.71 @ BetOnBit
Nigma - VirtusPro: VirtusPro, 1.97 @ BetOnBit

Those two teams faced each other two times two months ago. First time Cyber Legacy won the match 2-0, and the second time Gambit took it 2-1. However, in this league Cyber League is in a pretty hard position. With 1 win and 4 losses they are currently holding 7th place in the group A standings. They have only won 4 maps and lost 9. On the other hand, Gambit is not looking anything better. They are holding 5th place with 2 wins and 3 losses. They pretty much crushed some teams like Nigma and B8 (2-0 wins), but they’ve managed to lose to teams like Hellraisers and Vikin.gg. What can we expect from Gambit in this match? Nobody knows, as this match is a double edged sword. It’s possible that we see Gambit stomping CL with 2-0, but it’s possible that Cyber Legacy takes a map too. Handicap +1.5 on Cyber Legacy looks pretty ok. Very risky bet. Take good odds on Gambit win if you have them.

VirtusPro is firmly holding 1st place in the group A without a match lost. Only teams that managed to take a map off VirtusPro are Gambit and Nigma. Their win-loss map ratio looks impressive, as they have won 10 maps and lost only 2. On the other side, Nigma was looking really shaky at the beginning of this league. 0-2 vs OG and Gambit, and a close 2-1 win vs Cyber Legacy shaked them pretty hard. In the meantime they’ve managed to get wins vs B8 and HellRaisers, but are they ready to face vs currently the best team in this group? I think this is surely the match of the day, and I’m really excited for this one. The best two teams in this group battling it out. Nigma are slight bookmaker favourites, but I’m giving a slight edge to VirtusPro. Hopefully we will watch 3 maps.

OG showed us meme performances, picking unusual tactics and heroes. But it appears like Sumail and company are enjoying their matches, that’s all that matters for them obviously. On their way, they still managed to win something. OG won vs B8 and Nigma, but they lost to Vikin.gg. In the last round they were demolished by VirtusPro with 0-2. Currently they are sitting in 2nd place in the group A standings with 3 wins and 2 losses. On the other side HellRaisers have only 2 wins from 5 matches that they’ve played. Their wins vs Gambit and Vikin.gg were really impressive, as they showed that they can play good aggressive CIS Dota. Only team that they didn’t take a map off was Nigma, who beat them 2-0. So it’s definitely possible that HellRaisers are taking a map off OG, especially when we see how OG is playing inconsistently with their 2 standins. Good odds on that, but a very risky bet and match.

I think that Vikin.gg is the team that surprised most of the people. They’ve managed to show us some impressive games and wins vs Gambit, OG and Cyber League. They are currently holding 4th place with 3 wins and 2 losses and they are ready now to face the most probably weakest team in this group, B8. B8 is Dendi’s new team and they are still struggling to find a perfect lineup and mix of players for them. They are sharing last place in this group, together with Cyber Legacy with 1 win and 4 losses. Their win vs HellRaisers and map wins vs Cyber League and OG are showing us if they have a good draft that they could pull off the wins. If everything works out perfectly for them in at least 1 map, they could take it. Very risky bet, but highly rewarding. If you find good odds on a Vikin.gg win, go with it.

No, you can't place a bets on Valorant. There are no official tournaments or anything similar yet, just custom games and showmatches between pros to get their stream more popular. Game is in beta, only few hundred people in the world have beta keys.

Team Unique - Chicken Fighters: Team Unique 1.5, 1.51 @ BetOnBit
Natus Vincere - Team Spirit: Team Spirit, 2.32 @ BetOnBit
Team Secret - Alliance: Alliance 1.5, 2.10 @ BetOnBit

I would say that will be a real underdog fight right here. Unique and Chicken Fighters are real underdogs in this group and both teams are playing better and better each time. They have really surprised me, especially Unique - a CIS team with really young players and with VANSKOR on the helm. We all know how hard it’s to achieve something in the CIS scene when you have VirtusPro, NaVi and Empire next to you. Unique will be a real contender team for the future in all qualifiers. In the last round Unique has won vs favoured NiP, and Chicken Fighters returned from 0-1 deficit vs Team Liquid and won the match with 2-1. Really impressive performances by both teams in the last round. However, I do think in this match, Unique has a chance for sure. Chicken Fighters are slight favourites, but this match can go either way. Unique handicap is a pretty good bet in this situation.

This will be a really interesting match. CIS clash between two up and coming squads. NaVi disappointed me with their performance in this tournament. Seems like they’ve come to one point and they are not progressing as a team. Maybe a new update and patch will help them explore new options and improve their gameplay. They are currently holding 7th place with 2 wins and 3 losses. On the other side, Team Spirit is playing surprisingly well and they are holding 4th place in the group B with 3 wins and only 2 losses. For now, nobody did crush them heavily in this league. They’ve managed to take at least a map in all matches, even vs the best team in the world, Team Secret. They’ve really impressed me in the matches vs Secret and Alliance. NaVi is a heavy favourite here on most sportsbooks, but I do think this match is more even then the odds are pointing out. It’s a nice opportunity to exploit odds here and to go with Team Spirit win. Very risky bets, but I do think Spirit has a 50% chance to win this.

The match of the day for sure. Probably the 2 best teams in group B facing each other. Alliance are currently ranked as the 2nd team in the group B with 3 wins and 2 losses. They won 8 maps, and lost 6. However, Team Secret are much better with a 5-0 win-loss ratio and 1st place in the group. They’ve only lost 2 maps out of 12 in total. They’ve lost maps to Chicken Fighters and Team Spirit. I don’t see a reason why Alliance wouldn’t be able to take a map off Team Secret. Team Secret are massive favourites here, odds on their win are so low that betting on them is just not worth it. Alliance showed some good games, and even though they are playing with a standing on position 5, they are showing strong performance. Those odds are so tempting. Nikobaby must carry it again for it, hopefully we will watch 3 maps. There is a small chance for that, but we saw a lot of surprises in this league already.

Team Liquid are in shambles. They have lost all matches that they’ve played in this league. They are facing bottom of the league with 5 losses and disastrous 4 maps won out of 14. 2 days before the group stage ends, they already have no chance to advance on. They will finish last in their group and they won’t play in the playoffs. In their last 3 matches vs Unique, Team Spirit and Chicken Fighters, they’ve managed to get 1-0 lead but eventually failed to win a match, by losing 2 maps in a row after that. NiP have 2 wins out of 5 matches, but they still have a chance to advance on. They must take this match seriously and win it if they want to have the chance for the next stage. Liquid are in bad form, and now without the motivation to play for too. NiP should take this match.

I think it is final games of the group stages. There are two groups and all the teams from same group play at the same time to avoid match fixing and calculating as much as possible.

Yes, correct. This is the final day for the group stages and it's the last day determining which team will be eliminated and the ones who will proceed to the playoffs.

After those matches we will find out which 4 teams from each group are moving on to the playoffs. Let’s make a short analysis of all upcoming matches.

OG is currently holding 2nd place in the group with 4 wins and 2 losses. Even if they lost 5 maps totally until now, it is expected that they can win vs what looks like a weak Gambit. Gambit is 2-4 in the group stage and they need a win to finish in top 4. However, as this is the last round, both teams need to win, and if we have a serious match OG is a much better team, even though they have 2 standins. OG win is a safe bet, but i’m running for the odds, and expecting OG 2-0 Gambit.

Vikin.gg are on the 5 match win streak in all Dota 2 tournaments they play currently. In this tournament they are currently the 3rd ranked team with 4 wins and 2 losses. On the other side, Nigma is not looking like a top tier team at the moment, as they are struggling a lot. With 3 wins and 3 losses they need this win to stay in the top 4. Vikin.gg showed good games already in this tournament, and I don’t see a reason why they shouldn’t be able to take a map off vulnerable Nigma. Nice odds on handicap.

This match can be a double edged sword. VirtusPro already secured 1st place in the group and they are safe. On the other side B8 are on the bottom, currently on the last place, and they don’t have a chance to advance anymore. It is questionable how this can affect the teams. Will VirtusPro take this clash seriously or they will joke around or will B8 even try to win or they don’t care anymore? Truth is somewhere in the middle, but I do think VirtusPro can easily win vs the weakest team in this group.

This match is a fight between 6th ranked HellRaisers and 7th ranked Cyber Legacy. The winner of this match still has a chance to finish at top 4 and advance on. Well, depends on the other results in the group. Both teams have only 2 wins out of 6 matches, with HellRaisers having a slightly favoured map win-loss ratio. HellRaisers are slight favourites here, but let’s guess this will go to all 3 maps. CL handicap is heavily possible.

We are exploiting the odds, remember? None of those teams have any chance to advance on, as both teams are at the bottom of the group B. Liquid had 0-5 until yesterday’s match vs NiP, which they comfortably won with 2-0. Seems like they are playing better when there is no pressure attached. NaVi has 2 wins and 4 losses but they didn’t show anything special in this tournament either. This will be the clash without stakes, and we can expect anything here. I’m picking Liquid and amazing odds.

Team Secret are the most dominant team in this tournament so far with 6 wins and 0 losses. They’ve only lost 2 maps so far. I really love Unique, they are one of the real underdogs who showed amazing performances. Sadly, they’ve replaced 1 player in the last day or so and they are playing with a new player in position 4. Something is going on within the team, as they were looking really solid until now. They are out of this tournament, they don’t have a chance to advance on and their late game is still very weak. Secret demolished Alliance in the last round with 2-0, I think they can do this to Unique too. Anything other than Secret win would be a big big surprise.

Chicken fighters are holding 3rd place in the group, while Alliance are holding 4th place. Chicken fighters are 1 win better than Alliance, as they have 4 wins and only 2 losses. Who would have thought that they would perform so good. For a new squad that is a really impressive performance that we’ve witnessed in this group stage. Alliance was demolished by Team Secret in the last round in under 46 minutes (both maps included), while Chicken Fighters managed to turn around map 3 vs Unique and they have won the match with 2-1. Pretty even match and even odds on this one. I chose Alliance, as I do think NikoBaby is one of the best carries currently in Europe. CF don’t have players of such caliber. Close match, anyway. 3 maps highly possible. Very risky bet.

Extra prediction:

NiP vs Spirit - Team Spirit made a positive impact on the casters and on the whole community. They are playing so nicely and aggressive, that not a lot of teams can adjust to that. They are right beneath Team Secret in the rankings, and they have a high chance to finish at top 2 and secure an upper bracket playoff position. NiP got demolished by last placed Team Liquid, and I’m not sure what happened in that game. NiP needs a win here in order to get into top 4. This will be a hard match, and NiP are favoured by sportsbooks. But I give a better chance to Team Spirit, odds are amazing.

All very risky bets and handicaps, be careful, or go safe!
