I bet on a Dota2 match for the first time on the platform that I used for my cs go bets and noticed the odds change often and it is hard to keep up with them if betting live.
I think as soon as the players have their picks of characters put in while the lines are closed to prematch ones this determines who the favorites are.
In cs go this doesnt happen since they are only map picks and doesnt favor as much as a powerful character pick for one team versus another.

Odds are constantly changing. On every sportsbook, that's normal stuff. So sometimes is good to use early odds, and sometimes is good to wait until few minutes before the match starts to exploit the odds. Number 1 reason of odds changing is how people place bets (if a lot of people are placing bets on team 1, odds will get lower and lower, and team 2 odds will go higher and vice versa). Other reasons are - some news from a team, player change, map change, tournament updates etc...

Or EG trying to "322 is real boys" by picking "spirit memes", EG dominated early and cant end at mid-game but they keep giving them times and play with late-game should medusa will have a chance to build his item and win on the late game.

Yeah, throws, whether intentionally or not, are a problem in DOTA2. It's been ten years since we taste competitive gaming (or esports), but we see the level of maturity is still bellow expectations. Anyway, I don't see REKT opportunity for today's matches:
- Evil Geniuses (1.51) vs Quincy Crew (2.40)
- Cloud9 (1.61) vs Furia Esports (2.17)
