As far as I know, Roobet does not ask for such verification, at least not unless you try to withdraw large sums of money. Should such a request occur, a proof of purchase from Coinbase should be sufficient.
Although I've personally never experienced that issue, perhaps other members have a more comprehensive answer.

Are you planning/is in process of KYC verification?

You can check the specific required documents on FAQ section of website. Usually source of income can be proven with bank account statements, divorce settlement, salary proof etc.
The Quora and Reddit have the all necessary information to provide the documents as a source of income. Better to send salary proof that will show everything you get as salary at the end of each month.

The comment above was right and that is a level 3 verification, you can deny your source of income if you really want not to disclose it to anyone. Name and location are the basic information for the level 1 verification and I think that is no to worry about that.
