It actually do something to the extent that there are top coins which have less transaction fees also the transaction speed is so fast and it could save us few dollars if they choose to add that on the platform since the bitcoin and ethereum transaction right now sucks since the fee is super expensive. Most places do create their own token because it is basically a way of making insane amount of money, one place that I know of made about 2 million dollars just purely on profit from creating it, and they kept making more and more profit afterwards but it was "tiny" compared to what they did (about 10-20k per month) just from the token part, do not forget that they were still making profit from the casino but it was more like dividends from it, so it was less than what they used to make plus depends on how many people gamble and usually there are less people gambling.

Even you will sue the ETH, BTC, or LTC, the withdrawal fee was still the same, it is I think ranging from 6-8$ while BTC is on $10 which is still good enough. I think even you will choose LTC still you will charge a dollar rate of LTC, ETH, and BTC. Nevertheless, you will really annoy knowing the fact they had a fixed transaction fee upon withdrawal. Imagine, the BTC fee as of now is 1 sat in the mempool but still you will charge yourself worth $10 for the fee. So definitely, it is good to hear if they will accept Lightning network as a payment method.
