Morocco team has a tough game tomorrow against spain, they are the last african team standing but their performance in the group stage shows promise i think they can do something against spain since the spanish team has some weaknesses for example their defense is not that strong and their players are not experienced so i think morocco has a chance at getting past them.

Morocco is my favourite africa team, they might be kicked out from the game by Spain. Spain is a tough team and has better squad than Morocco,  it is very certain that spain will win Morocco if they meet. Morocco is the toughest Africa team.

Playing against Spain today will be a very difficult game for Morocco who happen to be the only African nation remaining in the competition. Facing Spain will be very tough and the only to defeat Spain is to balance all areas of the team, pick and capitalize on their weaknesses and take advantage of every chance Morocco gets. I'm hopeful Morocco will put up an amazing job.

Morocco topped the group because they were placed in a weak group along with Belgium, Croatia and Canada. Belgium is a strong team, but they were not in good form. Do you really think that they would have topped the group in case they were grouped with strong teams such as Brazil or England? That said, it is not impossible to defeat Spain. Already Japan proved that Spain is not invincible. In case Morocco manages to defeat Spain today, then they will be the only team outside Europe and South America to feature in the quarter-final stage.

Although Morocco is not a very strong team, their performance in every match of this World Cup has been very consistent. They have performed well in every match. And is still unbeaten in any match. Morocco also defeated a strong team like Belgium 2-0. Morocco is playing well, and their players are confident now. Morocco's opponent in the round of 16 is the strong Spain. Spain is an experienced team and strong. But it is not possible to defeat the Moroccan team easily. Morocco's defense is strong. Scoring will be challenging for Spain's players. I think the match will be very competitive.

Senegal will miss Sadio Mane on their World Cup journey, but don't count them out

Senegal really is not the same without Sadio Mane. I was expecting since he has been ruled out of the world cup due to his injury that another Senegalese will take it as an opportunity to show that they are capable to step up to the challenge of pushing attack. The Senegalese players kept going back anytime they got close to the dutch goal and couldn't take their chances, just too bad and poor football from our African champions. Mendy has just been bad and terrible since he became unreliable...no improvement from him and no confidence like before, he cost Senegal this game and should be disappointed in himself. I hope Cameroon don't play this kind of football.

Well, all the African teams have not done well, in the first round they have all lost or tied, Cameroon has not done badly, they have tied, however I think they really need to show what they are made of, when compared to teams like Spain, Brazil, Portugal, are teams that have shown a lot of football and a high level, I believe a lot in the African teams, because their football is quite good, and seeing that all of them have done something regular well I think it is already It's time for them to shine and do a great job, it's something that is required of them and they want to get good results, I think that for the second round of matches they have to do much better.

I knew it would be doomsday for Senegalese National Side, even with Sadio Mane, the quality and talents in this young English player's can't be matched by Senegalese really. At least they came this far. And I'm grateful I've been tesm Senegal till this moment.

Correct me, but I feel Cameroon would have done better had they been the team to play against England. Morocco can win against Spain if they do their best to avoid early goals that is always demoralizing especially for the weaker teams when they are scored. While  Big teams react to being scored by being motivated to play more, not so big teams can find it demoralizing and very frustrating like all the things they planned for the game for long, did not work.

I think that the hope now is Morocco, they have a great team, they are in the Round of 16 and if they are in the Round of 16 they should know that Spain will come out with everything to play, but Morocco has to be very intelligent, they have to come out with everything, not go in to defend Only, that is a mistake that African teams can have that only concentrate on defending, because that will be their end, Morocco has to go out to attack from the first second and attack, that they do not let the Spanish go out or anything, I think which is the best strategy they can use against them, Spain is reeling and this is the only option they have for the African continent to continue to have representation in the World Cup.

Moreover Spain didn't have a very easy ride during the group stage. They at a point was not about to crash out . This doesn't mean I'm undermining any country. It seems to me that Spain did not spend much energy in the game with Japan, so in the game with Morocco they will play in optimal shape and win easily.

I will go with @Docnaster here with his opinion of Spain this year not having the usual experienced team as we use to see them on most previous World Cups, if you say that they didn’t give their best on the match against Japan that’s not a reason because for few minutes when Costa Rica was winning against Germany, Spain was out of group stage if the score remained the same.

I don't think Morocco needs prayers to defeat Spain in this match considering their performance in this tournament to be honest, Spain may have a lot of good players that are doing so well in their clubs in Europe but the performance of Morocco has been good so far and if they should continue with that performance they will end up breaking that record to move to the next stage which they have been longing to go.

It's been first half and I can attest that the performance of Morocco has been good despite them not having much control of the ball but they were able to make a notable attempt in the first half whereas the Spaniards didn't make any goal attempt. I hope they push more attacks and score a miracle goal as you prayed for so that they will make history even as we have seen a lot of changes in this tournament already. Good luck to team Morocco.

The way I am seeing this Morocco and Spain quater finals, it is like the coach of Morocco wants to draw this match and go for penalty kick. The Morocco players are playing all attack and all defense. Many times I have seen Ziyech in the defense and you will also see him in any counter attack. Even Ziyech is tired. I am expecting the coach to make like 3 changes at a spot to continue the all attacks and all defence  strategy

Morocco has not qualified for the round of 16 since 1986, and I do not think that it will exit from the current tournament early. Walid Regragui is a graduate of the Badou Zaki Academy, In his match against Spain, I expect him to put up a defensive formation and play on counterattacks. The Spanish national team has become difficult to dismantle the lanes, as for the defensive teams, so my bet tomorrow will be in favor of Morocco, with good odds @ 7.40 

That’s right my friend Morocco wasn’t joking about their qualifications to round of 16 where many people thought it was a lucky shot for them, we saw today that they are a strong team with a great coach with a very smart strategy of defense and counterattacks. They managed to keep their goal clean and take Spain to the penalty phase where we saw Yassine Bounou managed to stop all Spain penalties and lead his team to win and qualify to quarter-finals.

In this world cup Africans did not perform well so many of them we thought that will do well for the contents they have them pick out from the knockout so it is remaining only Morocco which I don't know if they will survive with people they are playing with in the 16 round

Most African teams came to the World Cup with a first objective which is to pass the group stage. Then depends from nations, some will try to progress to the round of 8. After that things become very hard for them. Although many European nations have plenty of African players, like France, but African teams have a lower quality of players performance.. Making players progress faster and better isn't that easy

I believe they have the qualities, but the players don't play together for a long time; sometimes you get called up, sometimes you are left behind for political reasons; the only team that ever played together for a long time was Nigeria in the 80s, and they were one of the best in the world but were really unlucky in the world cup; and the second team was Egypt, who conquered Africa for a decade while playing together for a long time. Politics and adequate training facilities are major reasons for African teams' poor performance in the World Cup.

Well, what can I say? Morocco are doing what everyone expected them to do, and Spain are labouring more than I expected them to. How did Spain lose three consecutive penalty kicks? I've never seen anything like it. This is a huge game for Morocco, who have yet to lose and have only conceded one goal so far. excellent performance

Morocco has made Africans proud in the world cup with their massive attack and massive defense pattern. My joy for their win against Spain is overboard after Morocco's number 21 player missed about three good chances that would have given them the win in the extra time of the match.

I simply hope that other African nations may emulate Morocco's enthusiasm and mentality to never feel intimidated when competing with a big country in football matches. Morocco's goal in the world cup was to defeat every nation they faced, regardless of how strong of a team they faced.

History has been made again today as Morocco has become the second African team to defeat a world-class team like Spain just like Cameroon did to Brazil, and Tunisia to France but that wasn't much discussed because they were unable to make it to the next stage even with the win.

The World Cup this year had some unexpected results, one of which was the Morocco game today. Morocco is a very good team that has improved since the last African Cup of Nations, and they have now made history by defeating Spain in the World Cup knockout round in Qatar in 2022. First of all I already acknowledged that Morocco is the African country that has the opportunity to qualify more than Senegal.
This is because I have seen the Spanish team they are not extra-ordinary , the only advantage they have is that they came with small boys who will have the opportunity to run without getting tired.
In the other hand the coach of Morocco knew the best for the club and he get it by instructing them to play all defence and all attack.  I congratulate all the players . I wish them strength for the next match because the amount of energy they put in this match today is so enormous

Moroccan players have amazingly taken the game to the point they want, and it seems they prepared themselves to shoot penalties because they were shooting comfortably while Spain players were obviously nervous. Anyway, it's Great achievment for Morocco to reach the quarter final as the only team outside Europe and South America.

Morocco vs Spain. Morocco made me proud today. I was thinking that why all the African teams would just the Qatar world cup like that. Morocco had to win so that one the African teams will play for quarter final and to the final as well. And finally Morocco has qualify for the quarter final and I know that they will qualify to the final stage of this tournament.
