If you have 100K in cash buy Bitcoin and hope the value goes up, do not buy mining machines.

But don't buy it now, wait for it to go down some more !
It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Try to answer my considered query please.

The reply from coins101 on the previous page to your question was a reasonable and informed reply

you will realize that 100K is nothing to what I have available to what I am known for is "just things".

um what? I dont understand if you have 100K or not, but it sounds like you have no idea how to invest it in bitcoin.

How do you know we are still in a gold rush?

We have idiots forking over thousands of dollars for something they know nothing about with the hopes of making it rich. When else does someone put down that kind of cash without any research?

Just based on the immaturity/ignorance of his posts I would guess he doesn't actually have $100k to his name let alone to spend.

I don't look at Bitcoin as a "Gold Rush"...or "Get Rich Quick"...or even ROI game...Have been steadily investing since the summer of 2010...Survived already 3 (price) crashes...now is the 4-th...We WILL weather it too...

I am in for a long term...Investment too...Bitcoin is a VALUABLE NEW technology...I firmly believe it will NOT die...!

As for "24 Pin ATX"...you never know...and we are always looking to expand...and have the spare power too... Wink

Good to have the Spondoolies-Tech CEO (Guy) here to respond to all the questions. Thanks Guy !

Sorry if we seem to be treating you with a small serving of skepticism, no disrespect is intended. This is a tough business for everybody right now, and it doesn't look like its going to improve anytime soon. Regulatory risk, pricing risk, delivery risk, risk risk risk ...

Keep up the good work !

Thank you. The skepticism is to be expected after what this industry customers have been served in the last year. We watched it in total disbelief: unreasonable delivery dates, bogus spec, absurd designs, low quality products. Building of immense farm with customers money - to list a few of the wrong doings.

We are trying to be different. Transparent, honest and most importantly, not to compete with our customers. We're selling only products we're 100% sure we'll deliver on time and on spec. We don't oversell or over promise.

We do believe that by aiming high enough, executing fast enough while maintaining quality we alllow our customers a good chance for a very good ROI - time will tell.

My question remains despite being repeatedly banned by the thread owner. Make a note. Reddit and my own thread here will then prevail. failing that my home shall be full disclosure thread on all available lists.

My simple questions in honest earnest turns into a monumental fest of unknown origins.

You may delete this as well and I will continue to ask the salient point / question.

That will be nice because, I want answers to it and it doesn't matter to me how long it takes to get them.

Edit: And what is your question ?

Edit2: Need to drive to work. Will read and reply later today.

Like I said my home town is

http://www.grok.org.uk/full-disclosure/fdfaq.html

for many years since its inception.

All I asked was for a comprehensive reason where I should park my dollars. All I get in response is moderating, deletion of my posts, bannings of my sign ing.l

Like I said to the other fella lest I be in the mood, I can cavalcade at my whim, any and all  mechanical requirements that I see fit.

I once again ask humbly for the umpteenth time:

oh look you deleted it

Yeah that singular question.

I have not looked at a few pages in thread, but has shipping price gone down?  I really want to get 2x Dawsons but if I remember correctly it was $700 or $800 per unit to the US.  Has it gotten any better?

I know of a particular white Porsche that will be on the lift in front of my mining farm that I could host it on for awhile LOL!  Wink

haven't really been following this thread, can someone just answer if they delivered? anyone received their march 25th orders?

The March early-birds have already received their units, for example:

SP10/Dawson received. It's hashing nicely at around 1370 GH/s on "Normal". Front/back temps are 22C and 73C. It's running on 115V. Thanks, Spondoolies.
