So..I looked at this problem, it's not only on dwarfpool! And definitive not 51% attack.
Something is wrong with KGW! May be someone attacks the whole grs-network via KGW

Please look at all pools! We are all on the same fork!
And every pool find blocks depends on hashrate, but ALL much more than must be per hour!

DwarfPool 8.5 Ghs 77 blocks/last hour
Cpu-pool 2.3 Ghs 33 blocks/last hour
SuprNova 3 Ghs 16 blocks/last hour
Coinmine 1.3 Ghs 15 blocks/last hour
groestlcoin 1.1 Ghs ?? blocks
cryptohunger is out of network
---------
so, we have ca. 16.5-17 Ghs from pools and wallet shows: 17.8 Ghs
But we ALL got >140 blocks per hour

So, I don't know, ut may be it's because of not adjusted time on some nodes(pools?):
Code:
2014-05-10 20:21:12 -185  -13  -1  +0  +0  +0  +1  +23  +89  |  nTimeOffset = +0  (+0 minutes)
Too big time-difference between nodes, visibled via test wallet

cryptohunger.com was down due to stratum-mining crash. Had to reboot the machine and it is working fine now. Have 3.3GH now.

Please always have backup pools set up!

I don't see the reason for panic. I believe it is normal to have deviations like this.

for your information, if useful at all;

currently i have a miner with 2 r290 running at cryptohunger
and a miner with 2 r270 at coinium

coinium currently results in 300+ grs an hour,
cryptohunger only 25 grs an hour eventhough these are the r290 cards

something is off... results of coinium are much, much better than cryptohunger...

how is this possible?
