PSG are the only consistent team in the league which makes the Ligue 1 very boring to follow. We all know much before that PSG will open the point gap too much in time and become the champions very comfortably. Of course there are some exceptions like the season Lille won the title but it is rarely seen in the end. Having not even one team to compete with PSG till the end decreases the quality of this league a lot. But nothing would change as long as PSG stay as the only rich team in the whole league.

It's almost the same situation as the Bundesliga or even beyond it in my opinion. If in the Bundesliga we will look at Bayern Munich, while here we will see Paris Saint Germain as a team that maybe no one will be able to compete with them for now. Their finances were a major factor in why that happened, and other teams were not in the same health as Paris Saint Germain making it difficult for them.

PSG must be able to win Ligue 1 this season and at the same time must be able to win the European champions league because the depth of the PSG squad is quite good because a series of world star players are there, ranging from goalkeepers, midfield, main strikers, wing attackers to reserve players. this season also psg is targeting the champions league trophy but i think their struggle in the champions league will get serious challenges from other clubs who are also competing in the champions league tournament. with the depth of the current spg squad, they should be able to finish as champions league winners.
but to make it happen, they must remain consistent and maintain cohesiveness in each of their players, especially for the compactness of the MNM trio who are very vulnerable to disputes.

Paris Saint-Germain obviously won't have any major problems this season to win the Liguee 1 trophy because they are a club full of stars. Hardly any Ligue 1 club can compare PSG to. That's not interesting in Ligue 1, only one or two dominate.

The struggle of Paria Saint-Germain will be tested again this season in Europe. Of course they will stop again like the previous seasons. In my opinion, because in PSG's domestic league nobody is used to tough competition so that in the UCL they are not consistent.
This season's UCL draw has a result and the result is that PSG are included in the normal group because Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus, Benfica and Maccabi Haifa are in Group H.

We should stick to the facts here. Did PSG over the last years epically fail in the Champions League? In my opinion they clearly didn't. They have delivered amazing fights against all the top teams. It usually never was going to be an obvious loss. Just last season they delivered an epic fight against Real Madrid and Madrid was lucky enough to land the lucky punch and make it to the next round.

In fact, PSG always fails in the knockout round which means the team still has a problem with mentality even having a player who often plays in that round, In reality, Messi and friends can't apply it on PSG despite getting the title on the previous club. Arsenal have officially loaned Nicolas Pepe to Nice for one season. Three years ago, Arsenal signed him with big hopes for a record price like 80 million euros.
